Great store, friendly workers, very helpful.

I went into the store to purchase a new refridgerator. I had 3 in mind and that I had researched. The salesperson explained all three fridges that I had in mind .I wanted a US made product. The salesperson was awesome!

The most important thing to me is a variety of choices in products and knowledgeable, friendly employees.

Had absolutely wonderful customer service from Dave in the lumbar department. He went above and beyond for over 20 minutes walking me through what I would need to buy to create my project. He measured boards, cut them to the appropriate measurements, showed me how to pick out boards that were straight and flat, etc. I would come back to this Home Depot in the future for the customer service I received from all employees at this location. Including Rick in Paint and Caden at check out.

Associate Steve Collins was courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate, determined and patient - for almost two hours as we navigated through refrigerator options and found the perfect one.

The store employees were very friendly. Asked several times if we needed help. Joe Mandani was patient in working through our decision process on what to buy. Thank you Joe

I'm new to the area and have only been to this store once, but the customer service I received may have changed my negative view of Home Depot. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

Joan Taylor, from the blinds department is a technical expert that will take care of your needs. She is friendly, fun and understands how to serve customers. I recommend her for all your window coverings and other home de'cor needs.

My husband and I needed to replace our mower so we made a trip to The Home Depot. The mower we wanted was in stock but it was on the top shelf. Melanie helped us get our mower down and answered any questions that we had about the mower. It was a Saturday so the store was busy but very clean!

We are here, especially over the last 4 months, at least once a week, if not more often. The store is always clean, stocked, and has someone available to help when needed. Even if the person we talk to can't help/doesn't know the answer, they will quickly find someone to help.

Excellent customer service. Vanita is a great customer service person to work with. Will definitely shop here again.

The store was stocked and clean and the associates were polite friendly and helpful. We laughed with them and they made our project easier . They were curious and informative while always happy and smiling! I will Not shop anywhere else! Customer for LIFE:)

Such a great experience today! Loved your plants and pots section. The staff was so friendly and a bit strict regarding the safety policy... and I loved it! I felt very safe and felt that they genuinely cared about customer safety. A very pleasant experience and I was able to get exactly what i needed. Also, needed help getting a plant down and received immediate help with that too. Thank you!!

Again I want to shout out to Tamara at extension 154 for assisting me in tracking our order for blinds that we ordered back on Feb 29, 2020. I would have cancelled the order if it wasn't for her. She has kept in touch providing me with updates. Today she left a message saying that our blinds have arrived. Great customer service from Tamara!!

I absolutely love the store in Lone Tree. Great help and good prices.I especially like the fact that Home Depot has employees that are familiar with their items in the store and very helpful at all times.

Today I purchased many high dollar items and we had so much help with wood, sinks, shower doors and paint items. Great helpful store! Would highly recommend coming to this store in Lone Tree.

All the employees are friendly and eager to assist. If I ask a questions they can't answer they find someone that can.

Walking into the store, the greeter directed us to where we needed to go, he was friendly and helpful. Then it went downhill from there. My biggest complaint is that I don't work for Home Depot, yet the last few times I've been I've had NO option to use a checkout register, I've been forced to use Self Checkout. Why am I forced to scan my own items with all the pain that comes with it? "Did you put it in a bag?" " No machine, it's a 5 gallon tub of paint..." Machines DON'T pay taxes in my community, they don't help me with questions, and , most importantly, they DON'T contribute to society !

Every time I shop here, I've had a wonderful experience, and it's all because of the employees and their great customer service. If only other companies seemed to want to truly help the customer, the world would be a better place. I've come across customer service reps, whether its on the phone or in person, that really strive to make my experience at their store worse than what it should be.....its as though they go out of their way, to send you away. I;m happy to sat that I find everything I'm looking for, in product and service at my local Home Depot. Thank you Lone Tree Colorado Home Depot!!

We had a horrible experience purchasing a new washer and dryer from Home Depot Park Meadows. We called the appliance department because I had some questions about the online ordering process (specifically about the free delivery). He explained that in order to get free delivery I had to purchase new hoses, power cables, etc so I took his recommendation and ordered the parts he said I needed. After a long and slow transaction process we scheduled the next available delivery time which was a week away. When the delivery guys came they said we had the wrong parts and refused to install the washer. Also they refused to provide assistance in obtaining the correct parts saying "it was not his job." We returned the incorrect parts to Home Depot and got the correct ones, but they said I had to schedule another installation and the next available was in a week. So now we're waiting 2 weeks to wash clothes.

Always receive excellent advice and customer service when I visit this location!
