nice assistance from the employees visit frequently and usually I get help with no problems.

It is disappointing that the Towson store only 1-1.5 miles away has different security policies. (checking receipts on exit)

I had an excellent experience at this location and I will shop here again. The team of people were very helpful.

My shopping experience have been good , the store is clean, the associates were very helpful and friendly.

every time i go to the Parkville store, everyone is helpful. I can ask the greeter where something would be and they can direct me to the right place every time. i love they save me time from wondering around the big store.

The cashier named bonita, she saw me struggling to decide which bundles of batteries were the best deal, and she showed me a display of the same batteries but on sale for alot less, so i got more batteries for alot less money, she helped me even though i never actually asked her, she saw me there, volunteered the help, and made a difference for me, and i appreciate her help, i am definitely going back!

I was able to buy the items with no hassle and received good customer service regarding an item that was not displayed on the floor , however one of the ladies from the Service Station located the items for me which made me a happy shopper.

Store was clean and associates are welcoming and helpful. Employees made sure I had everything I came for and and answered all questions.

The associates are helpful and friendly. The reason that I didn't give five stars is that not all associates seem familiar with the areas in which I need help.

I always receive friendly, patient, and accommodating service when I visit this store. I do not have to go looking for someone to assist me or answer my questions, as I am always approached by several employees who are offering assistance. It is clear to me whenever I shop here that a culture of customer service is valued and encouraged among the staff.

It just seems recently that the employees aren't as helpful as they use to be. I know they are busy, I know there are lots of customers asking questions but if they can't help you than get someone that can.

This is my go - to store. I love shopping in this store however when I need help, I need it. I try to go with all the information needed in order to make it easier for the employee to help me. I don't want to be talked down to or made to feel small of that I don't have any idea of what I am talking about. This is from both male/female employees in the departments. Home Depot is always a learning experience for me, a kind of teaching tool and I don't want to stop feeling that way.

I'm a woman. There are number of times where I need assistance from the people working in the departments. 1st it is hard to find someone and when i do they don't always know what is going on in their own area. I am looking to them for guidance and they also need it. I TOTALLY believe new employees have a training period but in ALL departments at the same time?

The store is closest to where I live and everything is easy to fine if I have trouble finding something an associate is willing to help
