I purchased two tall planters and was told by an employee in the garden section to visit the tool rental department for guidance about the size drainage hole needed to take care of peace lilies. John Tech is top notch and was extremely knowledgeable. His help made it easier to be prepared to take proper care of my plants. I appreciate John for his time and expertise.

I love this home depot because it is always clean and organized. My wife and I take the kids and walk around looking for our next project on weekends.

I came to purchase Mulch and needed to buy at least 8-10 bags. I was provided with a dolly there on-site @ Garden Lot. Everything was quick, and smooth. No wait. And the Lot Tech - Harold Colbertt, very humble. And was kind enough to assist me in carrying my items into my vehicle trunk. Bunch of thanks.

Kenny help my husband and I with buying some turf. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He helped us find out what type of turf we needed. Great customer service all together.

If items on Clearance are FINAL SALES, a sign should be posted. If it is not posted, Customer Service should be more accommodating and NOT RUDE and HEAVYHANDED!

Tod is what an exemplary employees should be. Very aproachable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After paying for my purchase,, Tod went out of his way to help load my purchase into my truck. I am a Senior, so Tid's thoughtfulness and demeanor speak volumen about his character and kindness. Home Depot, you need more employees likeTod.

Each time I have been to the Pasadena Home Depot, I have been impressed by the helfulness and friendlines of the team there. The store itself looks always clean and is well-stocked. This branch is my favorite go-to Home Depot.

I would like to specially shout out Roger who went above and beyond today and helped us find our vanity cabinet. We were at the store in Alhambra, and had found the cabinet we wanted however the gentlemen said they’re were no forklift drivers so he asked us to return. I immediately called the Pasadena location and was helped by Roger who went above and beyond and lowered it for me as I drove from Alhambra to Pasadena. It’s the above and beyond gestures from employees like Roger that make all the difference in the world.

I went in, shopped on a Sunday morning at 8 am (store pretty empty), spent over $115 in about 15 minutes and checked out ( the only option was self-check out) without a single employee acknowledging my presence, asking if I needed help or even thanking me for choosing to spend my money in their store and with their company. I used the app to locate what I wanted then “Googled” information to try to figure out what I needed. The employees seemed too bothered to actually stop them to ask a question. I gave 2 stars because the store was clean and well stocked, but why am I paying to essentially be a Home Depot employee.

reputation is everything! they are great and have pretty much everything you need.

We could have bought appliances somewhere else but the sales person, Rachel was extremely professional and knowledgeable not just about the products but also went above and beyond by providing print outs of all specs of the appliances knowing that we have cabinets built around them. We have not received the products yet but were extremely impressed with Rachel and appreciated all her help.

I wash thrilled then a HD was opened in Pasadena. Easy drive to Pasadena location, several Entrances and Exits into parking lot, very friendly staff, plenty of Staff available, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and is my number one and only Home Depot I go to. Ive shared with all my neighbors, friends and family about my satisfaction with HD of Pasadena. Love the Pasadena Home Depot Store!
