YES I FOUND THE PRODUCTS AM LOOKING FOR EASILY YES I WAS ABLE TO GET ASSISTANT THAT I NEEDED FROM ONE OF THE GARDEN MANAGER MR BOB NO THE STORE NEED TO BE MRE CLEANER EITHER TO BE TWICW IN DAY BECAUSE I WAS THERE IN THE EVENING AROUN 4PM THE ASSSOCUATES ARE FRIENDLEY AND HELPFUL

We recently visited this Home Depot to buy appliances for our new home. N.Thornhill, the department supervisor in the appliance department, was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new appliances. Even during a pandemic, she took the time to go through everything with us in detail. We never felt pressured or rushed. This meant a lot to us!

I will drive the extra distance and go to Lowe’s. The people the people that work here are rude.

Employees are not very helpful and has been this way for many years now. Self checkout staff are the worst. One long time employee on the front end complains about life 24/7. I dont want to hear that Nonsense. Unfortunately this home depot is better than other locations and its 2min from home.

Sales cashier Sandra was very helpful and friendly!

THE CASHIER THAT I HAD SAID MY CHECK WAS DECLINED TWICE, ALTHOUGH I HAD OVER $8,000 IN THE ACCOUNT. MY PURCHASE WAS ONLY FOR $255.00. MY BANK SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT, AND THAT IT HAD TO BE A MERCHANT ERROR. DON'T EVEN TRY TO USE A CHECK AT THE PASADENA, MD STORE. THEY WILL CAUSE YOU LOT OF HUMILIATION.

Awesome Employees and great selection

Staff very helpful and friendly. Store is organized and easy to find what you need. Lots of staff ready to help you out if you needed, especially Ms. Teckla, who helped me replace my LG washer going through the trouble of even contacting the manufacturer to find the problem and replace it in a timely manner.

Because the store personnel name Shannen gives excellent customer service every time I'm in the store, on behalf of her I will recommend this store to friends, family, and contractors. Thank you Shannen

Phil in plumbing was very helpful. He walked me thru everything I needed for my plumbing repair jobs and gave me many helpful tips regarding installing my products.

This store is great. Majority of every single employee will stop and go out of there way to help you. Anybody who says differently is just a chubby cheek unathletic piece of trash and can go to lowes.

With Autumn in full swing,the Home Depot (Store #2582) is getting ready by clearing space for all of the pertinent items pertaining to the upcoming holiday season. In less time than you can blink an eye, we will be seeing Halloween and Christmas items will be plentiful throughout the store. The prices, of course, will be very competitive and affordable, and don't forget, you could always take advantage of your Home Depot card. I have been shopping at this particular store for the past 27 years, and have always found what I needed and was always treated with courtesy and respect.

I always receive help from employees who are friendly. I've never had problems with the products or services we have needed with this store. Thanks for always having great customer service!

They are always helpful as I enter this store. Terry in the key department made many keys for me and every one worked. I have come home from other stores to find that my keys didn't work. So I had to make a second trip back to the store to do it all over again. That didn't happen with the Glen Burnie Store. Terry also showed me where to find an additional item that I needed. He sure went out of his way for customer service This store is always well stocked and the employees always know where items are located.
