Great store, great products, lots of employees and a great selection.

So disappointed in this store. Very difficult to navigate through and could not find any sales associate to assist me with questions.

It's still the best Home Improvement you can find, everything you need is there an employee's are very helpful.

The staff is always helpful, but today when I asked where an aisle was located Aylin escorted me to the area and continued to help me look for my item without me even asking. When we couldn't find it she asked other employees. After discovering it was in the Christmas to be unpacked boxes she still searched for me without asking until she found the correct box and opened it up for me. I was so thankful for her hard work all without being asked I tried to tip her,but she graciously declined. She then even walked me to checkout and scanned and bagged the items all for me. Very satisfied with her above and beyond help.

Recently bought LG Refrigerator LFC22770ST, it’s perfect for the height that I needed (under 68”), nice spacious fridge & freezer. Refrigerator section has adjustable shelves, I took out one shelf on right side to accommodate tall items, still have plenty of room for everything else. My only complaint is that the ice maker is quite noisy for a few seconds, but it seems to make ice just twice a day so I can live with that. The lady at the Pasadena Texas Home Depot was wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient as I kept going back and forth as to which model I wanted.

Flooring Specialist was excellent

Everyone was very friendly. Cindy was my cashier and she was super friendly, I enjoyed her positive and happy attitude.

Customer service is horrible at this store.

My visit to Home Depot was very pleasant. Sharon, who works in appliances, was amazing! Very thorough, made sure I was given all discounts that was due me. Will definitely go see her for my next purchase, which will be soon. Thank you Sharon for making my visit a positive one.

I love the fact that employees know the products they are selling that makes the store great.

Very helpful, good customer service, same helpful reps, easy and fast shopping with the descriptive isle markers/signs. The store is kept pretty organized and clean too. We’ve been to this store on several occasions and have yet to experience anything less than exceptional when it comes to their customer service.

Really enjoy shopping at this store, the employees are friendly and helpful, and seem glad to have you as a customer. I've been in and out of this store a great deal lately and will be back. The 10% discount for being a veteran doesn't hurt either

This Home Depot has friendly staff who will help you. I have been to the store at least 4 times in the last 6 weeks and have had great experiences locating items and getting advice about products. I would recommend this store!

I was at the customer service area and the line was really long. There were only two people working at the desk. I waited for about 10 min. When Manager Nicole came up to customer service area and started checking out people. When I got to her register the first thing she said was " I do aplogize for the long wait ma'am". She was really nice and quite funny. She was able to help me with my order very quickly. I shop at a lot of retailers and you rarely see managers on registers or helping their employees. My experience wasn't the best that I've received here but she made it a whole lot better.

This store has improved very much since I been shopping here for two years now. Bays are stock.
