Alba helped me for return and she is very nice and has all the time smily face .

The associate serving me was simply amazing in every direction. Polite, respectful, helpful, insisting, caring...

The store seems to be well organized and easy to find products based on the directional signage.

Employees are helpful better tax rate

I purchased an air conditioner and staff was super friendly and helpful.

I am sick and tired of going to that store and being harassed by day workers. All in favor of them getting work from contractors but make it a designated area. I should not park my car and wonder who is going to hit me up for a handout…offer to fix my dents or clean my headlights not to mention not taking no for a answer when they ask to help with a heavy objects

They only had self checkout with two employees. Why not regular checkout !

I notice that there were enough han soaps bottles in the mens bathroom … That factor must be kept at all times.

The passaic Homedepot have the worst customer service. The people that work in this store forgets that the most important part of their job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are there to help the customer, and i understand that some customer are nasty and the worker should not take that abuse but sadly that comes with the territory and part of their training should be how to deal with that situation, but to the rest of the customers that need their help and that go to them with respect they should help and do their job

Passaic location has always been unorganized...dirty shelves, wrong locations...many opened boxes, items strewn about...other HD's in Paterson & Lodi are quite different...I do give high marks to customer service, though...it's too bad it doesn't cover the rest of the store

Excellent experience, I am there quite often and I appreciate how well-mannered and helpful the associates are, they are an amazing team.

The product arrived broken, again, but the customer service was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Easy to find items plenty of employees to go ask for help. Get rid of people in parking lot only bad thing about this location .

This was my first time coming to this Home Depot and I was very pleased we received amazing help with blinds me and my friend were looking for from a wonderful women who was kind and knew what she was doing I am very pleased with my shopping experience

We bought most of our home renovation project stuff from the Home Depot store and it was so satisfyingly with fitting, quality and prices overall. Home Depot App and experts in the store were able to help us to make right choice of products like fans, lights and colors (wall, ceiling etc.).

No in person checkouts available. Only DIY with card.
