Amazing customer service, which is something I rarely say in home centers or in this community. Jenny, in the kitchen planning area, is exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Dallas in the lumber loading area is also a great employee - very helpful and friendly. The cashiers are always helpful and the store is generally clean and well organized. I rarely have to search for someone to help in any way.

I ordered mulch and plywood and scheduled delivery a week away. On the day of the delivery the plywood came but no mulch. I had to call the store for an explanation. I was told they were low in stock and had to switch it to another store and it would not be delivered for another week. No one ever called to let me know and the person I talked to at the store said I would have to take an online survey to complain.

I had a problem with a order I purchased at Homedepot.com and the supervisor at Homedepot.com was not even will to help me. The manager at Peachtree City was coming to my home to help resolve this issue. I always shop at Peachtree City, I will never buy from the online every again

Home Depot went all out with customer service today. I was approached by an employee asking if I needed help at every aisle I stopped in today....sometimes twice. This has never happened to me. Is this a new wave or was I just lucky today??

I purchased a grill for this store and on the way home the grill fell off the truck due to a bad wheel on the grill. I took it back minutes later and Brittany the manager from plumbing that helped me when I purchased the grill happened to be still at the front of the store. She asked what happened and she without hesitation we will make this right don’t worry. She got a new grill and new straps(for free) for me and had it loaded up. I made it home safe and sound, and was grilling in no time! Huge THANK YOU to Brittany the manager in the plumbing department and to the PTC Home Depot!!

A well stocked store with easy access off highway GA-54 or MacDuff Parkway. In my experience employees are very friendly and helpful.

The store is decent. Like many HD’s, it can be someway difficult getting assistance, but once you get assistance, the in store process generally runs smoothly. An issue I seem to have in many HD’s is that I have trouble connecting with the HD app once I am in the store. If they have a guest Wi-Fi, it is often too weak or not working. The stores are Ok, but I have learned from multiple experiences not to order online and not to order an item in the store that is not in stock. Estimated delivery dates are a joke. I will never order online again from HD. I have also spoken with several individuals who have ordered major appliances, and they have had to cancel orders and go elsewhere because of significant delays. There are too many other vendors who can keep their promises about on time deliveries and give accurate status along the way. My experience has been that HD is not consistent with this process.

Clean and well stocked. The Associates are very friendly and willing to help. I like it that they have associates dedicated to ensuring the checkout lines move smoothly and are willing to assist if there is an issue with the self checkout process. Great shopping experience.

Excellent customer service

I would suggest either not offering the military discount or having it match what Lowe’s offers. My bill was $609 and my military discount was approx. $1.51. Receipt # 29923, 11/29/20 4:24pm, cashier Laura.
