When I called, someone actually answered the phone (Patricia) and she actually helped me find the product I was looking for! She didn’t pass me off. She made sure to stay with me until the product was found and then she held it for me to come in and purchase it!

During my trip to HomeDepot today, Faye in Garden was very helpful assisting my Grandma with flowers and quickly scanned all the flowers.

Keegan, Linsey, Desiree and Katie went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was amazing. I literally drove home with tears of joy and it felt like Christmas. The store was almost closing but that did not stop them from making sure I needed to get my shopping done or try to rush me out like other home improvement stores. They had smiles on their faces the whole time and were pleasant. I will definitely shop here again and tell all my friends about my experience and hope they get the same from other employees or if they’re lucky come across the ones that helped me. Please give these few a good raise they deserve it! Thank you again for helping me out, I appreciate you folks so much. Aloha!

We needed help with lumber & an employee that was in that isle by the name of Jeffry wouldn’t help us when we asked him for help, he said he was busy. We watched him walk around not even working or doing anything. We thought that was extremely rude.

Robert who assisted me at the Customer Service Desk was upbeat, positive, efficient, courteous and made me feel valued as a customer. He was very professional and thanked me for my business! Employees like Robert make the entire Home Depot team shine and I recommend that he be chosen as "Home Depot Employee of the Year!. Robert represents and markets the Home Depot Brand very effectively!

My situation was unique, my request was over the top, the solution was collaborative in nature and exceeded my expectations. This location ranks number one in all my Home Depot experiences in over ten years in 11 different locations.

I have NEVER filled out one of these surveys for this company or any other, but b/c Desiree went SO far above and beyond, this is the only thing I can think to do to repay her kindness. I didn't have a car, cell phone, or credit card, when I picked up 124pd of flooring with 15min to get to the bus stop last Friday night. Desiree saw me worried, anxious, and struggling to carry the 4 cases, and not only got me an Uber home on her dime, but talked story with me until it came. She saved my butt!

I was looking for a specific vanity and toilet and Stone took me to see the ones that fit my specifications and went beyond to let me know other items I might need when I install the items. Mel at checkout efficiently connected me to a plumber that would install the items I purchased and rang up the rest of the items I purchased.

I bought a similar product online and found the bottom of the container rusted. Went to Home Depot and found a better product at a more reasonable price and quality. Thanks Home Depot Greg

Faye is in the Pearl City HI Home Depot garden shop. I asked for a plant we both had not seen in a long time. She offered to call her contacts to see if she could find this plant for me. I felt like a personal friend instead of a 10 minute walk in customer. Truly a exceptional person

The customer service people tried very hard to solve a problem I had with the accounting department in the mainland. We worked on this problem for three separate days and were unable to break the code and get the problem resolved. But they were extremely helpful.
