Workers are great everytime I come here

I just got back from an amazing trip to this Home Depot store. Everyone was so helpful and went over and beyond in getting what I needed done. Be sure to ask for Mike E if you need assistance in lumber....truly an asset to this store.

Without the help of kind, caring sales associates, I would not have been able to purchase a bedroom door and fit it into my car. They made my shopping experience pleasant and productve.

I shop at this location twice a week. The shelves are fully stocked, employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy looking at all the current holiday displays. The store is clean and organized.

My shopping experience was cut short because a Home Depot employee decided to come on the same isle I was on and get all in my way. I know she thought I was stealing, but I was shopping for huge moving boxes, tape and wrap. Not all black people steal.

Some days you get stellar service, some days you get mediocre service. Some employees are knowledgeable while others push you to another employee when they get stuck. If you know what you are coming for or use the app then you’ll be ok.

Chicago, Las Vegas/Henderson, LA. and never had a memorable negative home depot experience...I'll keep going and maybe I'll find one...

Bought a refrigerator at this store plus most of the things I need for my home.

This store has people to help in the department where they have been placed. They take the time to help you find even a small item like a hook. Such a nice shopping experience.

the garden center should be open with the rest of the store, They expect you to lug bricks, plants, soil thru the store to self check

I had to recently buy a new washing machine. This store had a very good selection to look at and extremely good, knowledgeable staff to assist in making a decision.

Paula, my cashier, was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. She also has delegation skills and would make a great manager, if she isn’t one already.

Since 2017 I've been waiting for an opening at Home Depot, but it seemed that there was a problem signing in with my password, but I was finally able to get help from a staff member to redo it.

Customer service reps on phone at desk great. Tool rental and ability to solve issues I had HORRIBLE! 11/10 would NOT recommend. I rented a tool there and their associate FORGOT to check back in tool. It was VERY difficult to get refund on tool rental days NOT used and accounted for.

Everyone was so helpful, found exactly what i needed an a few items I didn't realize I needed. Girls were very cute and happy

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

From the entrance into the store to the final checkout, it is always a pleasure to greet and sometimes to chat with the employees who very often remember personal names and traits of the customers. I enjoy visiting the Home Depot stores be it to purchase items that I need, or just of witness the new arrivals in appliances and tools.
