Cashiers need to be trained better in customer service, and taught how to measure.

Every time I go to the store I have no problem finding what I need

Shopping at the home Depot today with my father and I really want to thank Sammy in the appliance department because she's so helpful and she always goes out of her way to explain all the information not necessarily to me but to my father who asks a lot of questions. Sammy was very thorough as she explained all the warranty information and also was able to help us find the appliances we need to fit our budget for some upcoming rental properties. thanks again Sammy for always being so helpful

I buy everything I need

Sandra, in the garden section, went out of her way to get me a plastic bag to cover my floor boards so that my car wouldn’t get dirty. She was very courteous and so kind to think of helping me in that little way.

Helpful friendly and knowledgeable employees. They have consistently exceeded my expectations.

I walked in saw the product line I was after, picked one out went straight to cashier (who was smiling and friendly). Was not greeted by anyone this time but that's rare at this store.

The store is clean and well arranged. Although I interacted with only a few employees, all were cheerful,helpful and well informed.

Went in looking for replacement ice maker, they did not carry in the store but Fred Carter went above and beyond trying to help me including calling other stores in town trying to find one, and not other Home Depot stores other appliance stores, never had such excellent service! Thanks Fred!

While trying to figure out a solution to my lighting problem, a kind gentleman offered assistance. Jeff in Electrical was very knowledgeable and offered very helpful suggestions. I came home with exactly what I needed! I had really hoped I would run into someone like Jeff! I definitely recommend this store!

With so many different appliances available during this smart era, it is essential to have people like Sammy in the Appliance Department to help me choose the right appliance that I need. I was only shopping around for prices on this trip but Sammy was very helpful explained everything to me and even went over some of the warranties and protection plans. Always have what I need

Sammy in the appliance department was extremely helpful today I was only in there looking to replace a couple of filters and get a couple of parts and I needed some help with some electrics at my house and she was able to arrange and set up an appointment for an electrician to come out to help. It's so nice to have friendly staff smiling faces and people willing to help and don't act like you're wasting the time when you're not in there for a big sale thanks Sammy in appliances

Sammy in appliances has always been extremely helpful with me and especially my dad. This trip I was only needing help with some mirrors but again Sammy was so helpful and didn't act as if I was ever wasting her time or holding her up from a sale. Everyone in the store is pleasant. I am always greeted and employees routinely ask if I need any assistance. Cashiers are great and always thank me for my military service. My last cashier gave me a Home Depot Military Discount Benefit card and explained that I can verify my military service online so I can have the discount applied automatically going forward. I always recommend this store to family and friends.

I was shopping here and was needing help on whether to repair my appliances or just buy all new ones. After speaking with Sammy in the appliance department I am definitely going to go ahead and buy all new appliances she was very knowledgeable and also took the time to go over the extended warranties. she also arranged for an electrician to come out and look at updating my electrics in my 1954 home. Sammy in appliances was very helpful and she always is,. On this particular trip sammy helped my father and I with some appliances that we’re going to have to purchase for an upcoming rental because the existing ones were damaged by tenant. Sammy also helped me find a part on the Home Depot app that I needed to fix my icemaker on my refrigerator. This was so helpful because I was thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new refrigerator. Thanks Sammy for always going the extra mile.

Sheri went above and beyond to help me sort through the appliances and ultimately purchase 12 appliances for two new homes. Her efficiency and knowledge of the appliances, and the delivery process were outstanding. Her medical background serves her well at Home Depot because she is precise, solution oriented, quick thinking and efficient. Sheri is exemplary.
