We bought and had 4 Simonton windows installed a few years ago. Decided to do 4 more of the same. Very happy with our windows and especially the lifetime warranty plan. We have 7 more windows to do in the future and will get the same ones.

I had an issue with an item purchased last fall, but unopened until this spring. It did not work and Chris, the Asst Mgr, immediately assisted me in exchanging the item, even though I was not able to locate my receipt, as he remembered me from last fall. He went above and beyond, and even opened the box for me and showed me how to charge the batteries on the weed whip and rewind cord, should I need to. He is a great asset to this store location. Kind and attentive to a great customer service experience.

Every time I walk into Home Depot I am greeted and asked how they can help me. This is so refreshing, as you walk into either one of the other two home improvement store, finding someone to help you is like finding hens teeth.

The Peoria Home Depot has the most extensive stock of electrical supplies of all area retail outlets. In addition, their staff is by far, the MOST helpful and competent. I will travel a few extra miles to get the best products, and be helped by competent staff.

I was unfamiliar with shopping at Home Depot. The personal customer service I received to find and select my purchases was superb. I will be back.

I can’t be happier with the options at my local Home Depot. I like that they are transparent with prices and always help to try to find the best deal for you. When springtime loads up, it’s always wonderful to check out the bushes and trees and perennial flowers. I absolutely love everything about Home Depot when Summer starts to set in!

I had a great experience with a gentleman on phone while ordering flooring. The closest store to me couldn’t help me so I called Peoria, it was the easiest and best experience I’ve had.

Always enjoy coming to the Peoria store where I can find the items that I need at a reasonable price! And they give you a Military Discount!

Looked for specific Kitchen Faucet. No one else had it...Then looked at Home Depot. They had lots in stock and was the perfect trip for me. Cashier Miguel...big credit to the store. Very nice young man.

Made two purchases at two different times. They were very helpful with both of my orders. I loved the fact that I wasn’t in the store 5 minutes and was asked if I needed help and then directed me where to find my items. I will definitely be returning when I have more money. They know what customer service is all about!

I bought a riding lawn mower from the Peoria Home Depot store last weekend. From the employee who very patiently helped me figure out which brand of mower to buy to the cashier who took the time to help sign me up so I could receive my Military discount, I had a fantastic and stress free shopping experience! Excellent customer service and friendly staff…every visit. The place is like CHEERS. If you are a regular customer they recognize you walking through the store.

I found everything I needed at Home Depot that the other home improvement stores do not carry. Every employee I walked near greeted me and asked if I needed help. Super sweet cashier (Arrian) was so friendly and funny too, and I so happy with my visit to Home Depot. I should have went there first!

Asst Mgr remedied a delivery mix up, given the beyond expectations service received this HomeDepot is now my favorite home improvement store.

This store really looks out for you. It’s clear you can trust the workers in this store. They know way more than I do and they are looking out for my needs, really before I realize I have them. I’ll be coming back for sure—even if I move across the country.

Can always find a friendly employee to answer questions or help. Usually they take you to the item. We find this Home Depot has great customer service!

I bought a window AC that is $50 higher than other Home Depot stores. No one can explain why the price is different or why they cannot price match their own store.

We went in to buy a specific product but Brenda had some meaningfull information about our problem and pointed out some other products. She was very helpful.

Had a frustrating issue pop up with an online order so called the store and was blown away with the help I received in completing my order over the phone. Associate had to use two different systems to get the job done. At no point did he seemed frustrated with the computers but always cheerful. He placed my order and thanked me for the business! Honestly felt like going to a local hardware store!

You have several excellent cashiers but Arrian is always a pleasure to run into. She is full of life and very complimentary. She should be the face of Home Depot.
