I was eyeing a rug but was unsure where I would put it. When I had finally decided—-it was gone. Zach went above and beyond to get me the rug I had my heart set on and for his hardworking efforts, he should be recognized. Thank you, Zach!

My wife and I went looking for an area rug. We tried other stores and carpet outlets, but Home Depot Peru had what we needed in stock. The carpet team member was very helpful.

I was in for 3/8” Black tile edging and like many places, there’s non in stock anywhere. So on 12/19/21 at 5:23pm a store associate helped me place an order for some from the incoming soon shipment. Then on 12/22 at 1pm a front desk employee help assist me to order more of the non in stock items I require and have to wait for them upon delivery. Only negatives is the store can’t keep inventory in stock. But their great polite friendly helpful employees make up for this downfall.

5 employees in aisle and all ignore you. Often you can never find anyone, and they know nothing of what they sell. A lot of rude employees that rather be talking to each other and play on phones, and then get mad when you ask for help. It happens almost every visit I have to make to this store

Nicely decorated, clean garden center tree lot with a large selection of nice looking trees, and they will cut and bundle it for you free of charge.

Peru Home Depot has best product selection in the area in garden center. Easily accessible too. Jesus saves! John 3:16 “Bible”

With all the shortage of help everywhere I really appreciated all the attention we got tonight when looking at appliances. Very helpful!

I bought exactly what I was looking for and enjoyed the experience.

Went to Home Depot in need of a fan and washer. Sales associates in two different departments satisfied our needs, answered all questions, were very knowledgeable about the products resulting in satisfactory purchases.

I asked for a manager and was not able to get one to help me with a credit issue and missed out on a promotion offer. Very disappointing.

I wish they carried a little more stuff but the store is just not big enough for that

If you’re a serious gardener, Home Depot Peru is a must stop. Lots of plants fertilizers,etc. easy accessibility. Jesus saves John3:3 “Bible”

Clean store, well stocked and the employees are very helpful

never had an issue with this store other than the mask non sense which is required by the idiot governor

This store was very pleasant to come into and the help I had in appliances was very good and they got me just what I wanted. I will be shopping there more often.

Jim who was greeting today was so helpful and directed me to everything I needed. He was so good I tried to give him a tip and he stated he would not take it because he was just doing his job, helping people. I wish all employees at businesses had his work ethic. Great job, Jim!!!!

Home Depot in Peru has employees that have better product knowledge than most. Store is well stocked and aisles are very clearly marked. Jesus Saves! Romans10:9-10 “Bible”

Great service, clean store and a nice selection.

Our house could use a little updating - not remodeling, every little project we tackle Home Depot has what we need. The Peru store is our go to and we find this store helpful. We are always satisfied with the quality offer at this store and the help we receive.

Employees are very helpful.

Customer service was fantastic. I know that it can be hard and stressful because of the pademic but your employees still take care of us customers and always have smiles on their face. I just wanted to say thank you for all your store does for me and my husband.

Home Depot is always clean and the sales people are ready to help you find or purchase an item. Returning an item has never been difficult and they all seem very happy and accommodating.

Associates were knowledgeable, courteous, and overall helpful. Even though door associate was swamped she treated me as a very important customer and helped anyway she could, as was the cashier. Very well run, customer friendly store. Thank You

In general the customer service is usually pretty good but like most hardware stores, it can be difficult to find an associate who can help when it is needed.

The store was clean and organized. I liked the attitudes of the employees and the cashier, Antoinette , was a great person.
