Just to clarify about the employees that I named in my survey, Monica is in the Oregon Avenue store and Linda is in the Springfield Pennsylvania store.

The store was very clean and was not rushed to buy anything the cashier was very pleasant and you can take your time there

The customer service is terrible. When at the Self-Checkout, the machine would not read my card chip or strip. The employee attending to the Self Checkout walked over and said, "I think that ones broke". I was not sure what to make of that. Were they asking a question or making a statement? They then yelled for the supervisor to come over. When the supervisor arrived, they said, "give me your card". Not a question and rather rude. They then inserted and swiped my card numerous more times. It finally took. The supervisor then turned to the employee and began speaking to her...while still holding my card. He stated, "see, it worked". I then indicated that it had only done so after numerous attempts and could I please get my card back. The supervisor retorted with, "but it worked, right?!". He then proceeded to discuss some matter with the employee while standing in the way of my items I still needed to bag. I had to say excuse me twice at which point the employee said, "oh...are these your things?" I was the only customer she and the supervisor were even loosely assisting, so of course it was my stuff. Instead of assisting me, the supervisor and employee ushered over another customer to the terminal and I still could not reach my other item as they were in the way still. Finally the employee handed me my bottle of Loctite and said nothing else. I headed outside to place my stuff on the floor to then bag them into my backpack since I was not permitted to bag them at the terminal. What a terrible experience. No thanks Home Depot, I will go elsewhere.

Had everything I needed & friendly associates everytime I came in, no matter the shift.

20th & Oregon Ave @ Quartermaster Plaza: Keith (plumbing) & Sha-Ra (checkout) have demonstrated the most effective & pleasurable customer service experience I ever had at Home Depot!! That says a lot from a southerner in Philly (it's the truth)!!!

The items I needed were in good quantity and the staff was very friendly. The store was very neat.

The store had no issues other than the checkout line, only one cashier open which was a long line and 3 self checkout lines that were also long and on a Saturday when people shop more, fast check out means happier customers.

This store is neat and clean and always on top of your every need Go see Natalie and Kay at Customer Service and you’ll have a great time shopping

The Pro Desk is "Awesome!!" Products are easy to find. The facility is clean and the associates are always helpful.

I am an Electrical Contractor. The shelves are never stocked. The Pro service desk is way to slow. The employees are preoccupied with other Home Depot issues. The prices are higher now as well. Higher prices & declining service is a bad sign for me to continue.

Store #4166 has the best customer service despite the hectic and stressful atmosphere.

My stove broke a few days before Christmas and I went their for a new one and the employee name Tracey was so wonderful and helpful and she made sure I got what I need and I never felt rush she took her time with me and a good listener I told her I had a bad week by me talking to her she is wonderful thank u Tracey

On occassions I have been in this store and some visits were not good but during this visit I met a young lady name Tracey in appliances who was tremendously helpful she was courteous she was knowledgeable and an over pleasure to speak with

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Many of the employees will volunteer to help a customer.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Merchandise is usually available where the website says it should be.

Respectfully its a great deal of responsibility to manage a store and especially in certain areas I have had several visits to this locations many of which where terrible however since I am a pro member there maybe times when my company is doing a job near this location and it requires us to visit this location 4166 after today I will make it my business not to do so the overall customer care was EXTREMELY poor and as a customer who conducts a tremendous amount of business with home depot it was a awful experience and unfortunately the msnager was not even responsive in attempting to defuse the lack of customer assistance. It was truly disturbing that none of the employees I encountered were concern whether I received the merchandise I came for or not.
