Bought dewalt drill advertised to have two batteries. Only had ONE in package.

Every time I go to the Phoenix store, I always get great, cheerful, knowledgeable, service on the floor. Often taking, almost by the hand, to where I need to go and helping decide which item is best for my project needs. Then, on the way out, the Cashiers always take care of me with a smile and make sure that I have the help I need; especially, if I have a large item, organizing a strong young man load my larger purcheses into the car. FULL MARKS ALL ROUND!

Kendrick was super helpful and professional. I called in advance and spoke with him. He got my order staged and ready so when I arrived I could just grab my paint and get back to my project. It was getting late so I was so grateful that everything was expedited.

This is the best home depot that I have ever been to.Every employee had a smile on their face and they were very helpful with me as well as others.They also took their time with me and they made sure they understood what my projects were and wanted to make sure.I was happy and that I found everything that I needed definitely coming back here for sure.

I look forward to installing the stepstones in my yard and having a neat path from my driveway to my front porch.

My biggest problem with this store is the employees are hard to find when needed, and they will rudely cut you off or get in your way of they're moving through the store. They basically lack manners and common courtesy.

on this recent visit Stacey was my cashier and was very nice and helpful .

The appliance department exceeded my expectations. No pressure sales and very knowledgeable staff.

Had to purchase a hot water heater and every associate encountered from the time we entered the store to making our purchase was very helpful and friendly. The sales floor associate assisted us with product selection and all the fittings and sealant we would need for our project.

Joseph Hartrich has to be your go to guy for superior customer service in the design center. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue with other aspects of our countertop project.

Have delt with Dave for 15 years. He knows his stuff, and when he didn't know for sure, he went and found out for us. Answered all our questions, showed us other options and covered all the bases. Perfect pressure free sale.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot and have been going there since they opened. All the sales personnel are polite and answer all questions and help me find things I can't find. They take heavy articles out to my car if I can't lift them. I will always go to Home Depot before any other store for all the things they sell there.

I have done extensive "research" on this item and none could comply as Home Depot.

I had an unpleasant experience with a few employees and Steph the manager made sure I was taken care of , she is amazing and considerate.

He was very helpful and kind.

Dave in appliances gave me valuable information in a kind, grandfatherly way, that helped me avoid creating a big project rather than a simple, less costly solution. Had I purchased an over-the-counter range as I planned, I would have had to get a carpenter to rework the custom cabinet where the hood vent was, an electrician to put in an outlet, someone to install the built-in microwave AND still it would drop too close to the stovetop; only 16 inches between the bottom of the microwave and the stove.

The staff is very helpful, the store has more inventory and better prices. Don’t waste your time going to “that” end of Medford.

My experience with shopping here was highlighted by the salespeople who made me feel like my time and money were their priority and I will definitly be shopping there again!
