This store is horrible and the employees treat you like a thief when there is a miscommunication or misunderstanding especially Johanna & Chris two of the cashiers

Some years ago I felt the service at HomeDepot stores in general was not up to par so I found a competitors store was more helpful. Then later for the same reasons I returned to Home Depot and a real change had happened with floor people much more available and ready to help along with accurate advice when needed. The 1523 store has helped me many times and I am grateful. As a retired Vietnam Vet. I do get a lot of 'thank you for your service' which is not expected but is very much appreciated and I usually respond with a "thank you for the thank you". Great job, Home Depot.

All employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The salesperson in appliances was amazing and did not give up finding a perfect price and size for our challenging washer and dryer needs.

Spent 45 minutes to receive a store credit although I had the receipt and card I purchased the items with in hand. Worst Home Depot Ever!

Always helpful staff and easy to get to parking is great my favorite store in the metro area and I am a master plumber and go to them all!

This Home Depot store has very helpful, friendly employees. We had exceptional service in the paint department with both sales associates Dwight and Curtis. If you need paint or other home improvement supplies, this store is sure to meet you needs!

Johanna the cashier was hostile and would not give me a military discount after I showed her my DOD U. S. Navy ID card.

By far one of the best Home Depot's in Colorado...I have not been to all to be fair but the store is well stocked and the employee's are exceptional and store is very clean! Always willing to make a fresh pot of coffee for you too! :-)

While this store is usually not bad - I went yesterday to purchase firewood; label says kiln dried, ready to burn etc., got home - wet wood in all 3 bundles. Unusable. Just wasted $17.72.

The costumer service is always the best I will be returning here as long as I live in the area!!

If you need to purchase an appliance, go find Cathy Secord. She is the best employee and knows what customer service is all about. She helped me do research to find the best small stackable washer and dryer for the small space I had in my condo. Her assistance was above and beyond. So grateful for her.

If you are looking for appliances go and see Cathy! She made our experience hands down the best, least stressful experience possible. We were in a bind when our dishwasher went down and Cathy helped tremendously. We will go to her with any and all questions in the future. Thanks Cathy!

Terrible customer service at this store. When I walked in the front door not one greeting. Passed several employees while I looked to find the laser level I wanted to purchase. Went to tools because that's where they usually are. I could not find the laser levels in tools as I passed a couple of more employees that did not stop once and ask if I needed help. I found the tool I needed and proceeded to the cashier area. Two cashiers were chit chatting and stopped to ring me up. The cashier Mia did not even say "Hello." She rung me up, I inquired if she was having a bad morning, to which she simply replied "No." That was it? So I let her know I was disappointed and not one word from her.

I keep coming back to this branch because of the great help I get there. I’m offered help or asked if I need any help just about everytime I go there. Most of the employees have great knowledge about the department they work in and pass it of to customers.
