The survey I just took was unfair to the store. The questions asked were not relevant to this visit. It took about 30 seconds to get what I needed and about 5 minutes total to check out.

When ever I go to the store every one is in good spirit and in a happy mood there is nothing in the store I go to get and it's not there always in stock very well kept and clean ever one in there is helpful great store to shop.

On my first visit, Rup and Carlos in the garden area were very helpful. On my second visit the same day, Constance and Greg, also in the garden area, were very helpful

Great service Evelyn was really helpful and nice.

Every time I go into this store, the associates are friendly, professional and always willing to "go the extra mile" to assist me in finding exactly what I need. I cannot recommend this store more highly.

Great customer service, they go above & beyond. I have several things going on that need ASAP repair in my home. So I visited several areas in the store. Floor Rep's are multi knowledgeably & if they don't have the answer they'll bring you to someone who does. I'm not finished with the repairs to my home so I'll be back. A Big Thank You

I had to find someone to ask where the product was,they had to look it up on there phone (which I already had the location) I purchased a Safe, the floor "model" was locked, therefore un able to look inside, I had researched on line so had a very good idea of what it looked like it just would have been nice to see in person. The store person on the floor said they would have to look for the box and didnt even know where to begin AND it may not even have the information to open the safe. There were 2 on the floor and both were locked ... SO lucky me I got the one in the box and that was all they had in stock. Re-cap, 3 in stock 2 locked with no box or combo to open thus I received the only one that will actually work?? fingers crossed

Great customer service, i had also left my phone on the service desk and the cashiers kept it until i got back. Very honest and professional will definitely come back here.

Went to buy painting supplies, August came and assisted me, explained what items I needed and why I needed them. He was very patient, courteous and took great pride in customer service. He wasn’t a salesman but ensured I received service as if he was on commission. He went above and beyond, he walked the aisles with me and explained the items. August has my nominee for employee of the month..(I only remember that August was the beginning of his name, please forgive me for not remembering his full name. Keep up the good work August! One more thing he had to do color match the paint for me and even printed out an extra color match sticker in case I needed it.

Some aisles, particularly in the lumber area, were cluttered making it difficult to navigate a cart.

technical help not readily available, when found didn't seem knowledgeable, check out through fast check (first item didn't have bar code which necessitated getting another with bar code, check out machine broke down and couldn't return change and attendant couldn't resolve issue and had to get help. I walked out without change. Bottom line to much time spent for purchase of a light switch..

I had just started my day and wasn't having a good morning but then Sandy a cashier helped me. Just her positive presence and her holiday spirit made my day! I look forward to more positive service like that from Home Depot!
