We were looking for a washing machine and had two great salesmen helping us. Will and Gary couldn't have been any more helpful. Heidi, the cashier who checked us out was also extremely pleasant. Overall a great shopping experience.

I purchase supplies and equipment for two businesses and personal work as well. I am always satisfied beyond explanation.

Bought a new dryer, the woman who waited on us(said she was appliance manager) was the rudest person I ever met! Very unprofessional, thank goodness for her boss, store manager because we would of walked out! Help like her will only hurt businesses!

I was able to purchase a range this week. My present range from Sears years ago finally stopped working. I love the features that are offered at Home Depot and my new range has many. The price was right. The associate Will was so helpful.

Sub-par. Wish this store had a better stock, such as stores in other areas.

I bought a great deal of lumber for a home project today, that needed to be cut into pieces for the project. The project was quite involved and I received a great deal of help form Adam in the Lumber Department. He was cheerful, friendly and patient with my extensive project and helped me cut the wood to the dimentions needed.

Never has been an issue with the Home Depot goods and clear return policy.

After three people recommended using Home Depot for our need of a new refrigerator, we did so. The purchasing experience was tremendous and the customer service in the store appliance department was positively stellar.

As a woman who does not have a great knowledge about home improvement items, I must say that every time I had a question or needed to find an item every associate with whom I have had contact answer all my questions, gave me examples of other items that might be helpful, walked me to the location of the item for which I was looking, & most important to me did not have an attitude here's a foolish woman who asks stupid questions. That is why I keep going back to my Home Depot.

Emmanuel went out of his way to make sure I got the item I was looking for. He was friendly, professional, and kind. I appreciate the time he took to help me get what I needed.

I went in without a clear idea of what I needed to make part of a "ship" to be handled by students. The staff helped me look over several options and to find exactly the product I needed. A very positive shopping experience.

Home Depot has been able to keep the items I have needed in stock and I am thankful for that. The store generally needs to be cleaned, it is very dusty which makes it difficult for people with allergies

I love Home Depot. I go to Home Depot's in Eastern New York state, and on the East coast of Florida (Vero Beach, Port St Lucie, Melbourne). Pittsfield Home Depot needs a good vacuuming. The items that second or third on the shelves are dusty and dirty. I found this very troublesome in the curtains and shade areas. Next time I visit I will take photos. Hopefully I wouldn't need to. Secondly the employees should take more pride in the place they work. I found in Florida the employees are very, very helpful and don't take off when they see you coming. They also do not hide in groups in the back of the store. If I notice it, management must know unless they are hiding with them.

I find the employees very helpful and friendly in the Pittsfield store. This store always seem to have plenty of stock, and carry more of a variety than some of the other stores.

I really loved how many different price ranges there were and the free delivery...that's rare today.

30 minutes I waited for a lumber associate to assist me. I asked the service desk and the pro desk to call someone and that person never came. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed to get this job done today I would have left without a purchase. I don't have time to wait in a store and I shouldn't need to get assistance from Windows and Doors to get products that are in lumber. If your inventory says you have 43 - 3 step stringers why is there only 1 on the shelf at 7am and where is this mystery employee that was suppose to help me?

I went to the store to buy a string trimmer and the Eddie Eshleman was extremely helpful in choosing and explaining the tool. Another employee was wonderful in assembling the tool when I wasn't able to.

It took me 30 minutes to obtain a mixed gallon of paint. No one showed up to work the paint department and no one from store management took any leadership role to address the customers leaving unsatisfied.

I was overwhelmed with selecting kitchen flooring and all my anxiety was alleviated when Kathy D. in flooring walked me through the steps for getting an estimate and visit to our house.

Cashier put giant charge on my bank card instead of credit card when doing a split payment and because of her error and the managers in willingness to cancel the order out or refund me on cash to fix the problem I now have to wait several days to have my money back. We’re a paycheck to paycheck family and this is a horrible policy that hurts your customers especially when it’s employee negligence!

Renee LaRocque is outstanding with many customer care issues. She is genuine and concerned to make everything just right and fix any issues that may have unexpectedly happened. Jane , the supervisor at the front desk, is always as caring and also goes above and beyond to make things right. These 2 women are valuable assets to the Pittsfield Home Depot. Hard working and caring help is not easy to find in this area.

My experience revolved around the ProDesk and Emily who attended to my order. On her conduct and quality of service, above and beyond the standard norms, I would loyally shop in this store.

At 4:30 pm, the old fuel oil filter on my fuel tank at home sprung a leak as I changed its filter element. My fuel supplier's men had gone home, but an office worker mentioned that the Pittsfield Home Depot store carrier the little General 1A filter that I desperately need to keep my home heating going through the night. Upon arriving at your store, Customer Service, said the filter was in aisle 24. I was unable to see the item, but a Home Depot employee came along, and showed me where the Little General 1A was located. By 5:13 pm, I had self checked out. By 6 pm, I had replaced my old, leaking filter with the new one, and was able to restart my home heating system as outdoor temps plunged below freezing for the night. I thank goodness for the Pittsfield Home Depot and its helpful and friendly staff.
