I purchased all the items I needed except one which Mike, Pro Desk, helped me special order. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nathan also was very helpful. In general, when I have shopped there, the store is as clean as I feel it can be; impressed. And yes, the associates are always professional and helpful. A nice family feeling. Thank you, Home Depot and your employees!

Nice clean store. I did not need help finding what i purchased. The employees were pleasant. This is the most convenient store for me in my locale.

I use the library computors- too poor- so I have no e-mail # Is there another way of "reward" such as free something somewhere: either your store or fast food or ??? Have a great everlasting life in God's Kingdom!

Since Home Depot came to Placerville, I have been impressed and grateful that it provides such good service with friendly, helpful and knowledgable employees. The store is always neat and clean. I have never had to wait unnecessarily or stand in line more than a couple minutes.

the store had everything I needed or wanted. The gal that helped me was the best every and made my day in a time of bad days. Please take your time and be polite in the parking lot as the store is very busy. I will go back anytime!

Tom at tuff shed is the bomb. If you are thinking about buying a shed you can't go wrong with him. He is personable and professional. He takes the time to explain everything and will go to bat for you if necessary. I'm a repeat customer and a very satisfied one

Not much the store can do about it, but the parking is the pitts, especially when the store puts products in the parking area. Other than that, all the Home Depots I've visited seem to be pretty much the same.

Every time I go in this store I always have a good experience. All associates that I have dealt with all seem to be very knowledgeable about the questions I have. My go to hardware store.

Great clean store with very friendly and knowledgeable employees. A pleasure to shop there even thought I have to travel about 15 miles to get to the store.

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and the store is clean and well stocked. They are following excellent safe distancing and sanitizing practices, during the current COVID19 outbreak and have tasked employees with things like cart sanitizing, instead of leaving those to guest digression.

This Placerville Store #1085 is a great place to buy stuff if your buying cheap POOR QUALITY MADE IN CHINA products. Home Depot needs to support their American customers and American businesses by selling MADE IN THE USA products in everything every category and SUPPORT AMERICA. I was frustrated to see most of their garden tools and HAND TOOLS equipments and scissors are all made in cheap lying China. After COVID19 destruction to America, I only buy MADE IN THE USA products only in stores or online.

This store in the seven years I have been using this store has reflected poor management and lack of customer support.

Customers are well treated as if they were kings.

Employee was rude and sarcastic. 4 associates walked by in garden and said they would get someone to help. One of the employees said, “yeah yeah, you need help. You’ll have to wait.” 30 mins. later still no one. After finally flagging someone down an employee got a ladder to get what we needed. He shouted were there were 2 other employees that had passed us,”You couldn’t get a ladder?” I won’t be going back.

The store was extremely neat and items were easy to locate.

we moved up here from sacto arden area your store is so much better than down in sacramento its a pleasure going in a store where they have enough employees that will help you

Very fast in and out

Everything we need for our DYI products are readily available and easy to find. The associates are friendly and provide helpful information about products and ways to make projects functional and easy to build. Love this store.

The manager and cashiers went above and beyond to take care of our needs.

I would recommend this store because its local and its a good one although there is not enough employees to help someone when needed, they all seemed to work the 9 to 5pm job hours when a lot of people also need assistance during the evening times also

It is disappointing that this store uses the parking lot to store their inventory; but, not as disappointing as their move to replace cashiers with self check. If they continue this trend I will be shopping elsewhere.
