Store was organized.

With the Coronavirus outbreak and all gyms closed.... I decided to convert a lower level bedroom into a gym. I came into the store with rough dimensions and needed to purchase plywood & rubber mats. WAYNE at Plymouth, MN Home Depot Store #2808, lumber department helped me. I came into the store with ideas & room dimensions. WAYNE spent detailed time drawing out my room dimensions and we talked through my ideas. He even coded/mapped the plywood planks so I knew where in my room to install. WAYNE went further with his customer service and helped me locate rubber flooring mats. The shelves were out and he went up into the rafters to lower down more stock. WAYNE was very helpful and I hope to work with him again soon!

In general: This is an estraordinarily well manage store! Every single one I met today,(and this applyies to ALL employees) were well educated, cheerful and efficient. I could go on. If The Home Depot doesn't have it or able to assist, I think, no one does. Been a competitor shopper for over 30 years. Went to The Depot for major carpet purchase and install, they could not be beat! Everyone we spoke with was very interested in helping us as if we were the only person needing assistance.

Chris in the shelving dept helped us get all the closet shelving we needed for our new home. He was competent and very patient. Great experience

I was in a hurry and I entered the store bewildered by its size. I found everything I was looking for and had a great experience with the knowledgeable flooring person and then the cashier was genuinely kind and pleasant. I also had keys made and that person had to be called to the key station. I had a very little wait time and he was pleasant, too. I needed a gift card for a present and that was easy, as well. I felt like I accomplished a lot in one short visit.

Great store! Loved working with Dave Brown. He is absolutely delightful made our store experience very quick and worthwhile.

Payment area has no cashiers anymore. It is all self checkout. Shelves were well stocked, easy to find products, clean floors. If you want self service just shop online.

See Colleen when you visit the Plymouth Homedepot. I guarantee, she will assist you as she was to me. Very very nice lady.

Excellent customer service - every time I go to this store!

Store associates are friendly, kind and patient. The environment of the store was positive, which always makes customers feel welcome. One associate didn't know where the product was that I was looking for but quickly found an associate who did, very strong team work! Plus, there was free popcorn, who doesn't love free popcorn?!

I have been shopping at this store for 10 years, ever since I moved into the area of this store. I have done Many projects through this store, windows. ,doors, screen porches, cabinets to name a few. what I can tell you is that some sales people really care and some are there just putting in there time. I know from experience that the Home Depot made sure that the employee was trained in tfor the area that they worked out of. I'm not sure if that is still the case. what I am getting at is if you do a special order make sure that the salesperson typed in exactly what you wanted, because you have to sign off on it and if its wrong its yours anyways. I bought a special order Anderson window and even though he had some of the information from a previous order in front of him he still messed it up and I didn't catch it. Wrong color and I had to hire a finish carpenter to make the jamb the right length.On the other hand you can have just the opposite experience as well. If you need windows or doors see Mike as I have a lot of faith in him.If your salesperson seems disinterested go back another day so that you find someone that isn't just doing there Time P.S. Idiots running the place

More than once now we've received expert help from employees who 'formerly' worked in blinds and flooring/carpet who were 'helping out' when that department was quite busy. Not sure how they suddenly appeared (e.g. when they were quite busy the other day, we just said we'd 'hover' in the blinds aisle until they could help, and the Paint Mgr who used to work in Blinds suddenly appeared and helped us both days, getting the samples for color to bring home and offering expert advice, and then helping us with our special order). So besides the Home Depot philosophy of "walking customers to what they're looking for", I can now add "amazing teamwork" to the list of reasons I really like the Plymouth MN store.

He is very patient, approachable, friendly, has exceptional experience and product knowledge. The materials in the industry continually change and provide newer and better products all the time. He keeps current, knows the product lines and is able to help you identify your personal needs. I highly recommend Kevin as your consultant and sales professional for any deck project! From start to finish, he was always available :) My brother is a building contractor who was with me during my ordering process. He was also very impressed with the current changes to the Trex product line and the specific areas that Kevin was able to share with us and how the product has improved. We left having full confidence and trust working with Kevin and found value and comfort in our decision making process. This specific store, in general, has excpetional service and sales people who are available to help you to the best of their ability (or find someone who can help you).
