BEST HOME DEPOT EVER. EVERYONE WAS SMILING, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!

Super friendly and helpful associates. Kirsten was a great help and the greeter very helpful.

Likeisha and Martina were a pleasure to work with! We stopped in on our way to the competitor and initially perturbed that no one greeted us. That was until we encountered Likeisha who was already working with someone else, she acknowledged us and said she would be right with us. After waiting for a moment she asked Martina to assist us. They worked together and got us all the cabinets we needed. We were on our way to your competitor but will be coming back to this store because of Likeisha!!

This store has wonderful employees. I frequent this store quite often and have never been disappointed. The employees go out of their way to help and/or lead you in the right direction.

Wonderful store with a friendly and helpful crew everywhere you turned. Keisha and Ana Maria were awesome helping us with kitchen and bath designs. Looking forward to working with them again!

I’ve experienced several Home Depot experiences and La’Gina at the paint desk was phenomenal. Her expertise and style was perfect. She helped me find the exact paint I wanted and she exhibited patience.

Ada was so patient and sweet, she knew exactly what she was doing. Very attentive and I was so glad she helped me resolve my problem after I called the same store earlier and got denied the first time.

If you are looking for appliances DO NOT see LIKEISHA HESTER, She was terrible and not too interested in helping the in store customers, she was more interested in the customers on the phone so she could sit her on butt at her desk. Luckily I found a nice lady, LaGina, that helped me and answered all my questions and I ended up getting a washer and dryer that suited my needs without feeling pressured.

While some employees seem to struggle to stop and assist a customer (I waited 5 minutes at the customer service desk), when John happened by, he made a point to ask if I had been assisted at which point I was able to share with him that I just needed a vanity from a shelf. He was very helpful, polite, and seemed pleased to be able to help me. He immediately sent Paula. Paula. Is. Awesome. Paula got the lift and within minutes had the vanity on a cart. After a very pleasant conversation, she found us on the countertop aisle where we had found the butcher block tops...she said she knew we were going to get one. She. Is. Awesome. We made our way to the checkout where we had a very pleasant conversation with Yolanda who checked us out very quickly and inquired if we needed help loading the vanity. She pointed to Ryan in the parking lot and said he would be happy to help us. She was not wrong. Ryan seemed almost excited to help us and was very helpful; I was barely able to help him as he did most of the heavy lifting while I was trying to adjust the seats in the van to make more room. Much like Paula, Ryan. Is. Awesome. I'll have to say what started off as a "lackluster" visit of being ignored by a handful of associates at the customer service desk, may well have turned out to be one of our best trips to the Pooler Home Depot. Thank you, John, Paula, Yolanda, and Ryan!

Two weeks ago we placed an order for delivery for gardening equipment. The day of delivery at 3o’clock in the afternoon I had to call the store to find out where a delivery was only to find out that they were going to cancel our delivery because they didn’t have enough in stock. Granted what’s ironic about this is that you have to pay in advance and when we did pay in advance there was sufficient items available so why was that material not set aside

The Home Depot in Pooler is always well stocked and the staff is friendly.

Clean and clear aisles. Employees were friendly and more than one asked if they could help. Richard Powell in plumbing was exceptional in his customer service and technical assistance

The appliance department were extremely informative and friendly. My wife and I was impressed with Likesha who assisted us during our purchases. Thank you so much Likesha.

My Home Depot an Pooler Ga. is always a pleasure to shop in, everything I need is always easy to find and if I have a problem finding something your associates are very knowledgeable and can easily direct me to where I need to go.

Customer service was great as employees greeted me both entering and leaving. Although several customers were waiting, they attended to each person as efficiently as possible.

Very courteous employees, very clean and stocked store.

This is a great Home Depot location with a lot of the products I need in stock. Associates in the story are friendly and helpful. I’ve shopped here in person, for online pick-up in the store, and online curbside-pick up. All are pleasant experiences.
