Garry in plumbing took his time in helping me get the right products for the job. It was like I was in a small mom and pop hardware store getting help. Best experience I’ve had at any HD. Go see him!!!!

I bought a pull behind lawn sweeper and a young man offered to help locate it & had to get it from the top shelf. He and another young man loaded it for me. Freda checked me out in the garden section and was very friendly.

It should not take 60 minutes and two requests to remove the anti-theft device to buy a set of drill bits. They care NOTHING about how much of your time they waste.

waited at the paint center with another gentleman for what seemed like forever. finally left without getting done what I wanted to. then went to check out for military discount and discovered they don't card anymore. has to be done through some online site and must have a cell phone. just a little tip, not everyone on planet earth carries a phone with them.

I bought a hot water heater for my mom via phone and Gary and Angel were the best. They were kind, thoughtful, and efficient in helping me get what my mom needed and did so quickly without issue. I highly recommend talking to one of them for any thing you may need. They are kind and are willing to take the time to help and answer questions.

I am so impressed with the way everyone is always willing to help me when I enter the Home Depot store in Poplar Bluff, Mo. Not like other stores where you wonder if everyone is hiding when I need help. Lol. I know when I go there if I need help, I will get it.

The employee was was helpful in matching the color I needed to the Bier paint selection. Bier paint is so durable and easy to keep walls clean.

I have never received the customer service anywhere else in town like I did here! They have an awesome older gentleman who works in the plumbing department who helped me figure out a solution to my problem and even though I had the wrong information on items I needed he helped me to figure out how to fix it quickly.

WE ASKED A YOUNG BOY TO GET US A BUG ZAPPER AND HE SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING ON THE TOP SHELF WHERE THERE WERE SEVERAL THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO REACH. SO HE GOES TO GET SOMEONE TO GET THEM DOWN, AND ABOUT AN HOUR LATER HE FINALLY CAME BACK WITH A YOUNG LADY WITH A FORKLIFT. HE WAS VERY RUDE. SO FREDA AT THE CHECKOUT COUNTER APOLOGIZED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR. IF IT WASNT FOR HER, WE WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING.

There seems to be a shift in responsiveness at this store in the past few months for the better. I don't know if it's new management or what, but the entire store and all staff seem invested in helping the customer. It used to be hard to find anyone to help, now everyone wants to help. Nice!

If you want quality tools or lumber and be able to shop in a store with the very best employees, this is the one! They all seem ready to assist in any way and happy to do it. We prefer going here above any other home supply store in town!

Such a huge improvision trying to shop this location when they seem to always have isles closed and forklifts and flag wavers forcing the customers who pay Home Depot’s bills to get out of their way, or come back another time to shop isles they have closed for their convenience! Certainly not a “Customer First” type of store. More like rude employees, wanting customers to get out of their way so they can work! I boycotted HD for over 20 years, I can certainly go back to this! I don’t have to shop here

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Delivery men were very efficient, friendly and not only removed the old washer, but removed the box the new one arrived in! No mess left behind at all. Great guys!!
