I had a wonderful experience with Robert in the Lawn and Garden area. He spent over 30 minutes with me; first listening to my issues and then suggesting several ways (and why) to choose solution. A very patient, friendly man who was truly interested in trying to solve my issue. Thank you, Robert.

The staff is very friendly. I would prefer that there were cashiers seems your setting up the store for more thefts by doing more self checkout then actually having employees doing it just my opinion, or put someone at the door to check receipts to match items sad but its what seems to happen when the stores leave it up to the consumer to do it all themselves and not all are honest consumers

This store has some of the most friendly, knowledgeable employees. Neat, clean and well stocked store. Feels like a local hardware store. Worth the drive.

This is not the closest big box store to me, but I like the positive employees. I order online many times and the pickup service has been great almost everytime. It has always been better that the big box store that is closest to me. This store also has supported the school district that I worked at.

Plenty of DYI products and large assortment of items/merchandise for home improvements,tools and home décor. Always fun to shop.

The store as clean, well-laid out. I like that the aisles are marked as to what products are on each aisle; saves time "hunting". The staff is generally friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable.

Store in Porter is neat and clean and employees are helpful, if needed. Also, this store is easier to get to than the one in Humble.

This visit was good we actually had someone to help us , we were looking at washers and dryers. But most of time I go in this store employees are hard to find and act like they don’t want to help.

Allot of new overall improvements to the store - cleaner, better organized, ample product supply, improved customer service desk for merchandise pick up and returns and best of all - fun to shop.
