The salesperson’s name who helped me was Luther. He took me right to the product (it was locked up) & in no time I was on my way. He was friendly & knew exactly what I wanted to purchase & found it for me in minutes.

This is my regular Home Depot; I'm here at least once a week if not more, so I'm very comfortable and familiar with it. It's a good store, clean and well laid out. I do wish they had a slightly bigger selection in some areas, but honestly, I think that's the case with every store in the world, especially one that also offers online shopping. The employees here are generally very friendly and helpful. A couple of times I (a small woman) have had to deal with the "I'll read you the label as if that answers your question, little lady, because I'm not really paying attention to what you're saying so I'm assuming you didn't read it yourself," attitude from male employees, but honestly more rarely than I have at other stores; the overwhelming majority of employees are respectful and helpful, and for the most part knowledgeable. It's usually pretty easy to find someone to help if you need it, too--unless you are looking for someone to cut the plastic ties on a racked bundle of 1x2s, 1x3s, or 2x2s, in which case they are never anywhere to be seen, which is frustrating--especially since it often seems as if there are only a dozen loose boards and they are curved or twisted or full of bark and/or knotholes, whereas the bundled ones look perfectly straight and lovely. They've recently moved some things around in this store, especially in the lighting and plumbing sections. I'm not crazy about the changes but they aren't awful or anything. Overall, it's a good store, and I will continue shopping there regularly!

Hard to find anyone to help. When I finally received help cutting the blinds I wanted to purchase Jackie butchered the last set. Now I have to travel across town to get a set of blinds to match my 1st set.

Just made another trip to my favorite Home Depot. Not always the closest. Just my favorite. You see, we are not a large customer. Our theater probably does about $40,000/year with Home Depot. I am sure other clients are larger. But whenever "Praful" is at the register, he memorizes our company phone number, my name and asks how I am doing. Well, I appreciate anyone who can remember me as a customer. I try to do the ame. Up until the pandemic, we welcomed 100,000 patrons a year to our theater in Hurst. But do I know their phone numbers? Their tax-exempt status? HARDLY! I thought it was something special I did to deserve this treatment. Until I hovered out of sight near the cash register one day. Praful treats every client the same way! Not only me. Even my employees will go out of their way to shop at this store. This gentleman deserves special attention.

I received assistance from all 4 employees who I encountered on my 3/7 curing my visit to the Home Depot store in North Richland Hills. I had absolutely no idea where the 3 items I needed would be located but every employee I spoke with either gave me detailed information of the location or personally took me to the item. This was a wonderful experience.

Everyone, from the moment I walked in the store, was courteous & helpful.

3 associates worked as a team cross-department to put together all the pieces I needed for my project. The experience was such a pleasant one that I had to leave a review.

Great store, great products, Just need to teach employees better customer service. I always have to hunt for an employee to help and when I see them they do not pay attention unless I call them.

The store is fully stocked, sales staff are helpful, I can get lumber perfectly cut to measure — one cut per piece of lumber. The store is clean. The store feels lively and inviting.

Scott was a huge help in the tile section. Our kids were being fussy and he saw that so he helped us as quick as he could to find what we needed. The guys in plumbing are always willing to help as fast as they can as well.
