I'm very stuck to one store, been at home depot but not shopping just with others friends. Today I realized what a great difference shopping here vs shopping at discount or outlet home improvement stores

I was impressed with the quality of the kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

I'M VERY SASTIFIED WITH ALL THE PRODUCTS I GOT AT THE HOMEDEPOT STORES

Bought a washer and a dryer,it’s good but the dryer had a little problem , called for it to be replaced

some employees are great,but customer service was a "disaster service".

Joseph Hawes and Josh Elias were godsends! I walked into the story having a vague idea of how to do my projects and the materials I needed. The first staff member I encounter was Mr. Hawes, and after waiting patiently for him to finish helping another customer, I told him what I wanted to do. He explained to me what I needed to do and the materials I needed to get; he even gave me a printout so I could remember everything that he told me. After that, Mr. Hawes directed me to the paint department so I could get my materials, and that is when I encounter Mr. Elias. He was very helpful as well, he gave me a more detailed explanation on what to do with my DIY projects, and he made sure I got all the things that I needed; shout out to him because he even answered my million questions, and he made sure the other customers were also taken care off. I know this is their job and that is what they are supposed to do, but nowadays there is not much good customer service, and usually, the staff members do not know what they are doing. Mr. Hawes and Mr. Elias were absolutely helpful and professional, and they knew what they were talking about, and for that, I am very grateful. I am definitely coming back to this store for all my DIY needs.

I have always been able to find and purchase the exact product(s) I am looking for whether it be for the bedroom, kitchen, bath or outdoors

Every single time I come to this store, my trip is always frustrating with staff either not listening to me, telling me to find someone else, telling me where something is that is in the wrong place or sending me to five different people that all give me the same answer - they don't know. They have to call 3 different times to have someone come and helping me in wiring and I watched 3 different staff walk by me and ask me for no help. I also had a staff tell me "they don't work there" while they were wearing the Home Depot smock and told me to find someone else. I've had staff tell me "I'm busy ask this person" or they don't have something when they clearly do just to get me away. It's everytime I come here that the staff make my experience so bad. I won't be returning to this store. If you go here - keep in mind you need to know exactly where everything is and what you need because the staff don't know or just don't want to be there.

very unorganized, stuff in wrong bins and wood products mixed together, you have to be very careful when shopping at home depot.

This store is one of the dirtiest that I've seen. Said they had 25 of something, didn't have any of them.

Mary Ann is one of the reasons why I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Mary Ann is a constant professional in being there for customers. I have been shopping at Home Depot for several years, and each time I visti the store when Mary Ann is working, she is always doing Job 1 for every customer.

WHEN ENTERING THE STORE , I ASKED A WORKER WHERE THE GARAGE DOORS WERE AND THE WORKER TOOK ME RIGHT TO THAT AREA WHERE WALTER TOOK OVER AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE CASHIER WAS TREMENDOUS ALSO I WAS VERY SATISFIED

Went in only to pick up an online order because curbside had already ended for the day. Gio and Haja were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Good experience in the store

The staff actually take the time to show you where to find the products

When I first started going to the providence store I was happy to see how clean and neat it was. Whenever I needed any help all employees I asked were very helpful and seemed happy to help.

Madison AKA Mattie was awesome, the was working return, and I had a substantial return of supplies to be returned. She explained the tax implication of returning items without a receipt and what my options were. She paid 100% to my needs, and also, she was answering the phones and transferring calls, and paging members of her Home Depot team. Mattie deserves a Home Depot employee of the week STAR. she is an asset to the Home Depot Team

staffing has gotten a lot better mostly polite

The Store is conveniently and strategically located with adequate access. The staff are friendly and always available to assist shoppers locate materials and products needed. They also help provide options and technical information on materials and product quality and strength. The store is always clean and materials are neatly packed on shelves.

This is not about the store I can't go back into the survey to say there are always should be a choice of not applicable.... somebody greet me? I don't remember Couple of other questions that there should have been a choice of was not applicable

The two man, and one woman seemed to be distracted when I asked for help. I asked the woman for help she walked away like she could not see or hear me I yelled miss I need help I finely got her attention she called to men she called two men they also seemed distracted They could not fined a latter to help me I found the latter myself. the two ice chest were very heavy, and a long distance to the register neither man offered to help me.

I could not find the item without assistance; the display was about 30 feet away from where the item was stored. However, the representative was helpful, once he arrived. Yoirys was very pleasant and efficient. She also was available when I reached the the Cash Out area.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY! The cashier Bivi helped me find the right salesperson. Michael, sales associate, helped me with measurements, unpacking the product, and taking it to the cashier while I went to look for hardware. Manager Reuben walked with me around the store to final exactly the hardware that I needed to complete the installation. My visit was quick, completely successful, and remarkably pleasant.
