Great Home Depot! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked too!

I left my "go to" home improvement store L###'s because there was no staff at checkout, only self checkout was available, and they didn't have items stocked, I needed. Home Depot was amply stocked, and staffed with friendly, professional, extremely helpful employees. Home Depot has won a customer back!

The store was clean and staffed, it was busy and it took some time to find someone to help me. Once I located someone, he was very helpful and courteous.

I generally shop at other stores because of location. I stopped on Weddnesday, December 15 in this store since I was driving by. In the lumber checkout about 12:27 pm, I walked up behind a big guy in a Trump Hat that was buying 3 or 4 sheets of plywood. As he was not wearing a mask, I stayed well back. He got up relatively close to Janice the cashier, but she did not appear to say anything about the lack of the mask. When he left, I moved up and she checked me out for my one piece of trim. As we finished, I asked if they enforced the mask requirement and she simply shrugged...I don't think she knew what to say. From her perspective, I am sure she just wanted to get him on his way. However, I will not return to this store.

We appreciate the location of the Puyallup Home Depot store. The shelves are stocked and the associates are friendly when/if assistance is needed. They are able to quickly look-up an item and locate it...even when it's on the top shelves! The prices, on most all items in the store, are lower than (or comparable to) other hardware stores. If you are planning a home remodel and need ideas... this is the place to shop! The cashiers are kind and efficient and also helpful in the self-check out lanes! The store is clean and all aisle are clearly labeled for those quick in & out purchases. Also, it's fun shopping in the variety of holiday and seasonal items displays.

Worst customer service. You better never have an issue, it drags on for months. Supervisors treat you horribly when addressing problems created by store.

BEST STORE EVER! Being a amateur do-it-yourselfer I found this store to have the best employees that go out of their way to ASK if you need help and give you the help you need to accomplish any project, large or small, that you are doing. They also are willing to make suggestions on the items you may need and not always suggest the most expensive but the ones that work the best for you. This store has consistently provided the very best service to me, as a customer and has never been a disappointment.

Sherry (in appliances) went completely above & beyond. Her sweet, caring, sincere, attention to detail attitude is amazing. I TRULY appreciate her assistance. Her customer service is emaculate. She has completely made my upcoming week. She was able to refund my last purchase & assist me tremendously with my new purchase with everything that I needed with my washer & dryer bundle. She did find me any rebates or discounts as I am a Servicemember in the Military. She informed me hat deals going on now are better than the military discounts and I’ve saved more. That made me so happy. Even though my appliances are back ordered (which is NOT her fault) I am soooo looking forward to coming to this Home Depot to shop and she her smiling face (well her eyes since we all wear masks lol) . Very pleased/satisfied with the personnel in appliance department, All questions asked were immediately answered. We purchased a dishwasher. The "Black Friday" pricing was superb. A minor delivery/installation date was corrected/facilitated by Dillon (Appliance Department Representative) within 30 minutes of a follow-up call several days later.

The store is clean and Employees are helpful.

At a time when appliances are in short supply, we were assisted by Fred to purchase the washing machine to replace ours which had a motherboard malfunction. We were in dire straights and did not want to use a public laundromat. Not only did we get to order the machine we wanted,but also got an expedited delivery. A seamless, knowledgeable, & efficient experience with an experienced Sales Associate.

The lumber and women at the registers are a joke. Not to mention horrible to deal with. I have seen people get bags of dirt/concrete/sand and multiple other things with small marks get discounts. I went into lumber and they had a very small selection of wood available and all the prices went up. I was getting 2x4s. I needed 20 of them, I was able to find 14 out of the whole stack that were in decent condition. And the other 6 had large chunks missing and the sides and ends were splintering, not to mention knotts out the wazoo in the wood. I asked for a discount on just those 6 and I kept them separate to show them the issues. The lady ignored me and just called over a lumber employee who said it was damaged enough for a discount. This wood looked like it was ran over by the semi before it was put on the shelf and was covered in flaws. I know for a fact its the person at the register who makes the call on discounts, and this women always acts like I am trying to steal from the store ( discount or not). I will not be shopping at this location again, and I will make sure people know how rude the customer service is when all you have is nasty material.

Yesterday my husband and I were out shopping for a refrigerator and new washer and dryer set. We automatically defaulted to Lowe’s, however, we quickly left after waiting for 30 minutes for a customer service agent to come and help us. We went across the street to the Puyallup Home Depot and were quickly greeted by Fred Carel, the appliance specialist at the Puyallup Home Depot location. Not only was Fred extremely knowledgeable about all brands but he had a very friendly demeanor and made us feel very confident in our decision to do business with Home Depot. Companies need to value their employees who go the extra mile, like Fred. It’s a rarity in this day and age. Thanks again, Fred!

Home Depot's customer service, product quality, and outside order pickup is the VERY BEST in Pierce County. Actually, Home Depot Puyallup is my favorite store, period! I love being there although my wife comments I should either work for Home Depot or move-in.

Completely bad experience with the flooring department. Went through the time to have measurements done that came back inaccurate. Person that attempted to assist me did not have the training on the estimating software. Spent 45 minutes with him with no estimate only to have a manager start the process over. After going over the measurement that were taken discovered that they missed two rooms and they could not give me a accurate estimate. The time that I have spent trying to get a quote and staying home to have measurements done has been a complete waste. I have been consistently given inaccurate information throughout the whole process, from time it would take to getting the install done to getting the correct measurements.

As I live (work) on a farm I usually have to make a weekly parts run to the hardware store for repair supplies. Home Depot usually has what I need so that's my first stop. If I can't find it, their sales people point me in the right direction; rarely do they strike out!

I never thought we would receive the help that we did. The staff there was amazing, and I spoke with several. I want to specially recognize Sherrie Thomas who provided us outstanding service by going above and beyond. We are an African American Family and she is a white woman. We have now embraced her as family. My 25 year old son has considered her his new Auntie and she told us that she would absolutely would be. She has made our family feel very comfortable, especially during these crazy times.

Sherrie Thomas in appliances was friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with! I purchased a fridge and dishwasher this trip and I will look for her when I go back to purchase a washer and dryer!
