Shawntay in the paint department is awesome! She was extremely helpful in color matching my paint, and super friendly. She gave great customer service, and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed in one trip.

There was not one human checking out customers. I don't get paid to check my items out, and I'm pretty sure the price of items hasn't been lowered based on the number of employees who have been replaced by self checkouts. It may be the way of the future, but I think eliminating personal contact with humans is a terrible way to run business.

The overall experience is always pleasant with the employees on the floor to assist me as well as the cashiers. The shelves are stacked neatly & are always fully stocked with what I need. The store is always very clean even on special sales events. Keep up the great work. I would recommend that store to anyone.

I, stop by the Contractor Desk and speak to Mr. Gill... when, I see Manni, Mr. Sharp... I give him a fist bump... as well Rodney in Appliance's .. I look Forward to Speaking to Mr. Jerry everytime , I see him... He's blunt , and straight forward... Kevin

Cashiers are pleasant and efficient. Department employees are usually readily available and very helpful. I've needed wood I bought from HD cut to my specifications by that department employees. Always done professionally and quickly. I buy plants from HD and even with my black thumb, they do survive. Good stock plants and lots of choices at a really good price. This is my go to store!

I went in to purchase a refrigerator today and had a great experience. My salesperson, Shelia, went above and beyond to help me select the right refrigerator for my needs and budget. She was extremely friendly and ready to help in any way possible. The store manager came and sat down to speak to someone near me. When he walked off, I was shocked to hear how positively the two salespeople spoke of. They said that his attitude is what helps to make their job awesome. In today's world....you don't hear things like that very often.

Store is well stocked on home improvement items. It carries a wide variety of appliances, lawn equipment, garden products the employees are always friendly and helpful in finding products.
