Spent 1+ hour inside and purchased more than 20 articles. Not a single friendly face. Not sufficient items in stock. Not a single helpful stare, no one to be found for assistance except cashier. When help found, answers were short, vague, unhelpful, uninterested, uninformed. Really bad experience last night at Home Depot. Will share this in social media also since it is the truth today.

Easy to find what you’re looking for, usually well stocked & staff are friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and Covid Safe.

I bought a windows a/c unit online to pick up at the store. They had it ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes. Pick up was simple and easy. The unit plug was not compatible with the outlets in my house. The employees were so nice and helpful in taking the unit back even though we had totally opened and ripped the box. The were also helpful in assisting with the new unit and gave us a discount because it was missing a part. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They made my three trips there for one thing very pleasant and kept me calm in the whole process

This particular Home Depot offers the best services for all my remodeling needs! I am consistently pleased with the service of the staff, and if I need help finding something one of the staff helps me almost immediately! I am extremely impressed with how easy it is to shop there, and how the staff always tries to make it easy for me to find what I need. This is the best Home Depot in town!

This store has the most impressive team of helpful individuals that I have encountered at any Home Depot. The attitude from the highest level of management to each employee seems to be focused on helping each customer find what they need. I have been impressed with the numbers of times that an employee has helped me find the right product for the job I was completing. I know that when I go to this Home Depot I will be received with a willing attitude to help without hesitation!

I think I said it all. This store was very comfortable walking through it and the employees were very helpful and pleasant to me through the store. This was not the Home Depot in my neighborhood, in Henderson, however, because of the polite treatment in the customer service department in from of the store, and for the man who directed me to the rug department, and for your employee. "COREY's" manager, I would come back to this store again.....

You or whoever owns the property need to install Stop signs in the parking lot. I've had more than one near miss because people are in a hurry to go nowhere and don't pay attention to their driving. The word Stop is written on some of the lot but is so faded it's not noticeable

Cannot beat the customer service here. They might not know every single answer to every question, but they will take care of you.

Need a window or door ordered or just need some additional information about one, please find and speak with Nancy in Millworks. She is busy for a reason... she know's her products She steered me in the best direction when I wanted great windows for our south facing home here in the desert. I told her I don't want to feel the sun coming in through my windows in the summer 115 degree heat. After a few clicks and a swipe of my bank card the Simonton windows were ordered. Installation was easy and she even gave me a few videos to watch to help me along the way on the installation. I can not thank her enough for helping me and making our home more pleasant to live in with all these new low E silver, energy star windows. Thanks Nancy.

Almost all of their personnel are throughly friendly and their willingness to help or assist you. The quality of there products are solid good and reasonable price. The store looks neat and clean.

Went into initially rent a four-wheel Dolly at the tool rental center Mr. Frank Watkins helped me and talked me into buying a four-wheel Dolly instead of renting one really felt his explanation was helpful and accurate. Like the fact that he told me he wasn't trying to rip me off by having me rent a dolly over and over which I have rented one before they're in the past but after his explanation and talking to me it made sense just to purchase one it wasn't a big purchase but it really made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of. Thank you for your service Mr Watkins of our country and your helpful advice there at Home depot. Will definitely be back to make purchases and hopefully rent tools from there in the future.

I received the most incredible assistance at this store for cabinet needs this week! I was lost, and Shandra knew it! She immediately set me up with Leanne to design the cabinet configuration that I could not figure out. Had it not been for Shandra immediately walking me to Leanne for help, I would have wasted hours, and probably given up. Leanne immediately assisted me, and took time to listen. This made my day! I could not have been more pleased with the personal approach, and the consideration of Shandra and Leanne. That kind of service makes me drive across town to get the help I need!

I am a single person and tend to have a million questions about things. EVERY associate in this store are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are very friendly and seem to go out of their way to help me.
