Store is cluttered. Especially in the appliance area. Garden area also has narrow aisles. Need more storage space West of where garden soil is kept. Staff is helpful but appear overwhelmed at times. High volume store especially now during COVID19. Need knowledgeable workforce to meet customer volume. Have had great customer service in Plumbing, Lawn equipment, paint, and window blinds.

Cynthia is appliances is the best! She made our experience so great and with such ease. With having our house fire and trying to rebuild or home, we were blessed to have Cynthia help us with everything.

Been shopping Home Depot Rancho Cucamonga for a couple of decades now. Always helpful and solid retention of employees which makes my life easier as they know me. Nice to have a group of employees who seemingly always know where to find a specific item, even if not in their area of expertise.

Employees were very helpful, especially Cynthia. She helped me get appliances with the finishes I wanted. She made the whole experience very easy.

The store is always neat and orderly and employees are always helpful. I enjoy living close to this Home Depot store and enjoy shopping here for home improvement products almost every weekend. Please keep up the good work! It does not go unnoticed!

Employees are very helpful and friendly. I just hoped that they ensure the safety of the customers. I was on the self checkout once and the other customer next to me was trying to scan all his lumbers. He tried to make the lumbers lean on the counters and one of them almost fell on my head and thank God it didn't because that will lead into a huge accident and I would probably be rushed to the hospital. I am only 4'10" so the lumber is taller than me and they looked really heavy. So I would suggest that if a customer is buying lumbers, a store associate should accompany them with the checkout to make sure that the lumbers are properly carried and checked out. And that other customers won't be put to danger. I think this is one thing that Home Depot can improve with.

Gary got me exactly what needed & had me in and out in no time. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely go back to this store.
