Satisfied customer,Home Depot checks all the boxes in the hardware store experience.

I was able to get the supplies I needed even though I cannot walk. A gentleman brought a cart out, another helped get access to some items I could not reach and the cashier moved the payment machine so that I could see it while sitting in the cart. Then helped me the cart unstuck when I pushed the accelerator the wrong way. His reaction was kind and patient.

I came here looking for drain cleaner and ended up leaving with that and an idea for my next project. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Bonnie was very helpful and helped me pick a great weed eater and even showed me the package deal with a leaf blower which I ended up getting. She was very personable by saying she also has these two products at home and likes them a lot. Knowing she uses the weed eater and leaf blower made me trust her opinions a lot more. I honestly wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but I feel happy with my purchase I made thanks to Bonnie’s help.

The Redding store is awesome with awesome employees. My only complant is that they make it hard to get your veterans discount now because they want u to download an app on a smartphone but i dont use a smartphone so its always a problem at checkout time

Marcus at the Redding store went above my expectations today! We went in hoping to get help with buying items to build a sifter screen for my in-laws place. Due to house that previously burned to ash. Marcus stepped up and offered to build them at the store for us. He really is Mr customer service. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such an amazing employee. Can’t say enough thank yous. As we came down from Oregon to do this. And didn’t have the right tools to build them. Cheers Marcus. You Rock!

I needed some paint. Benny was super busy with all the people's paint request but handled everyone well and in a timely manner. He helped me get the right paint for my project and was very knowledgeable and respectful.

Best example of a home repair and upgrade store. I have been to several others after 50 years of remodeling and find prices, variety, experience with the products and general congenial atmosphere to be second to none.

We love the Redding Home Depot! Learned today that is the smallest Home Depot in CA, but we say they are BIG on service. We were VERH HAPPY with carpet installation several months ago and with options to consider for our kitchen remodel.

Unfortunately, the product cost a little more than I wanted to spend. So I returned the item for a refund with no questions asked.

Home Depot is a great store and I’ve done business with them for over 30 yrs. That being said the Redding store is a pig sty. Everything is covered in dust and dirt or better yet pigeon droppings. Half the employees are rock stars the other half seem to be curious non producers who do not care about customer service.

If you need any assistance in the Redding Home Depot don't ask Clarence! He is rude to women and to lazy to help doing only bare minimum and sending you elsewhere for help. We where shuffled around for 45 min by rude Clarence and rude cashiers with "PRO" above checkstand until we found Tara at customer service. She walked back into the store herself returning in less than 5 min with the item Clarence could or would not expend his energy to find in his own department. A door knob. Tara should be recognized for her awesome customer service! She is only reason I am back to shop today

I don’t know why I was asked to review the Redding store, since I shopped at the Newbury Park, CA store, about 500 miles south of Redding, CA.

I will not be shopping Home Depot in the future. I noticed that they are now charging 10% return fees for any item returned. I often purchase extra parts for a job so that I won’t be caught without an item. As many of you know already that you will need to be bringing items back that you don’t use, this process will cost you 10% off your purchase. It is no longer a “good value” for me to shop with Home Depot.

Phil at the pro desk went out of his way to find the paint that I needed at a time when paint was very hard to find

Whats goin on inside HD. Understaffed, people run from you, or ignore you when you have a question. Hey train you people.

Every visit no matter the dept, I have been given OUTSTANDING customer service from every employee, from the greeter, return cleck, dept floor employees so check out clerks. Thank you. Nice to shop where u feel the employees like being there n appreciate thier job. Reflex greatly on management n makes me want to do all my trading there. Nailed it Guys. Thank you‼

Waste of time calling store due to either no one answers the phone or they provide incorrect information. Plus even in the store employees are unable to find stock or know what is on hand.

This Home Depot store is in a great location and easy to find... The side entry is a little confusing and sometimes like a "maze" to get out of! Parking is ok, and from the time I enter the door, and throughout my shopping, everyone is ALWAYS super helpful and willing to actually take me to the item I'm looking for instead of just swing where it is... I love shopping here!

FIRST OFF! Stacy in Department 27 amazing, 2nd Faith garden Cashier amazing. Both of these associates made my visit delightful. Stacy was busy taking care of multiple customers knocking them down like bowling pins in the wire Aisle! Most associates avoid that aisle like the Plague. Not Stacy! Last Faith was cheerful and pleasant at the register. She asked if I needed a pro card, or a Home Depot card. (Have one) she is the example of customer service even asked if I needed anything else. They made my visit amazing! So Seth, Jarred, Robin or Mitch… Reach into that customer award stash you all have and Share two with Faith and Stacy. They earned it today! Your friend Gav. :)

I always shop here for my household repairs and garden needs. Service is great and prices are better than their competitors. You will sometimes run into great employees willing to help. Derrick did not hesitate to help me when I asked him for help loading my heavy items. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful.
