Purchased $2400 worth of items that we had to pick up the next day. Arrived and nothing was there! The cashier had rung it up as “order and deliver to store”. After much discussion about the problem, an assistance manager who was rude even though this was their fault, computer problems and attempting to credit back and reorder for home delivery, we walked out without the items we wanted and a refund we dont think was accurate. This took 2 hours!!! Home Depot Card cut to shreds.

Employees show great customer service skills and are always willing to help.

I stopped by my local Home Depot as I was looking to buy a weber grill. The grills were located in a easy to see location and I found the exact Weber grill I was looking for at a great price. I contacted the associate at the customer service desk named Angie. From this point on Angie took charge of my request and recruited 2 other associates, (Tim and Dale) to assist her. They worked together to lower down my grill from the shelving unit safely and properly. Dale and Tim also helped me load the grill into my car. Great overall experience.

I had complicated paint requests and they were fulfilled! The return I had to do once was also a wonderful experience! I enjoy shopping at this store because of the helpful, friendly employees!

I had a remarkably pleasant experience making a purchase of a new home door. The transaction was clear, logistics were smooth, and maybe even a bit fun. Beyond my expecttions.

John was extremely helpful on both of our shopping trips for a new washer/dryer. His personal experience helped us decide as we were conflicted in what brand to purchase. He did not try to sell the most expensive, but have his opinion on the most reliable options.

Store does not have anyone at the pro desk in Sunday's. If you have a question or would like to place a special order you have to go during the week.

He was very helpful and helped us find what we needed and even loaded into the truck for us, as Merlin is disabled, and he was extremely friendly. Thank you ROB!!

Kevin, Mike and Deb in the Pro Pickup area were fantastic. Quickest I have ever picked up and order...and this one was with a lot of custom help. They got a 4X8 sheet of plywood for me...cut it to 5''X 30" and put all the pieces in my SUV. They cut hard insulation board in half and loaded in my car. They loaded a new toilet for me. They went and picked out screws for installing cement board for me while I picked up another order. It was incredible!

The pro desk cashiers are not knowledgeable with Home Depot systems and are argumentative

We very much enjoy this location and the employees are too notch and so kind and helpful.

Achilles at the pro desk called right to the manufacturer to see if we could special order a product I was looking for, instead of just saying no we don’t stock it very helpful

The title says it all... If you get to the Rhinelander, WI store, everyone is friendly and helpful, but I seek out a lady named Norma. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable and bends over backward to help you.

Love the store layout and the quality of the merchandise. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star, it needs more employees to meet the needs of the public. Shouldn't have to walk the entire store to find someone willing to answer a few questions. SN

I needed to purchase new appliances. I went online, did my research...then stopped in at the Rhinelander store. Rich greeted me right away. I told him what I needed and he placed the order. It was a pleasure to work with Rich!!!

We have been looking for closet doors for a while, but found them to be very expensive. When we dropped in to Home Depot, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to identify a product that fit our needs and was 1/3 the price from other quotes. We were very happy with the service and process.

I paid 40 dollars for their employees to come measure my house doors. Was supposed to call me within 36 hours. Never called after 4 days so I called there talked to a manager. He said he redid the paperwork and promised me they would call me in 48 hours and ya that never happened either after another week. So I waisted 2 weeks on Home Depot and their so called employees. Never again!!

Assistance was offered exactly when needed.

Thanks to Ava, and amazing team member at the Home Depot in Rhinelander, we ordered our the biggest purchase and most significant home remodeling project to date. She definitely new her stuff. And when the system came in at a higher price than we expected, she worked tirelessly to reconfigure the project to give use almost the exact same thing, but at a lower cost. She spent weeks on this, and she put up with all our crazy demands. The waiting list might be long but it is sooooo gonna be worth it.

I needed help finding pieces for my air compressor. Stephanie and Ken were extremely patient until they found the parts I needed. The employees at Home Depot are very knowledgeable and helpful.
