I went in with an online order and came out with what I had on backorder. All thanks to Mason. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to find what I needed and got it down for me! I am a very happy customer.

The employees in this store are always friendly and want to help you with your purchases. Today we want to give BIG kudos to Nickolas at the contractors desk. He did an exceptional job at helping us with our slightly complicated purchase.

I've shopped at this store for years for my business and personal items. Always great customer service and better availability of products than other stores.

Whenever I go into Home Depot it is easy to find an employee to answer questions and help me find what I'm looking for.

We love shopping at our Home Depot in Richfield, Utah. The associates are kind, helpful and efficient. They let us shop in peace but are there to answer any questions or help us in any way possible.

Helpful staff, Clean store

Everytime I shop at this store it is a wonderful experience. Family that live elsewhere always tell me what an extra special store this one is in Richfield.

The times I have gone into the store I was always able to find someone to help with what I needed.

We had all kinds of questions about replacing a window in our historic adobe home. He was fantastic with expert help to help us order the correct windows.

Helpful and very nice. Just what I needed.

I recently went into home depot to get a pair of safety glasses for an employee and couldn't find a pair that weren't tinted, I asked Aubrie who was a cashier and she offered to walk me over to the safety glasses I couldn't find and even showed me some other options that customers had bought and explained the safety rating perfectly on each pair I will definelty be coming back because of this

This store has been absolutely amazing at helping my husband and I as first time homebuyers. They’ve always been eager to jump in and help and find what we need. Tristan has been the most helpful employee with all of our needs including navigating the store and helping load items into cars.

Carsten was very helpful in finding my stuff and checking me out, he even came outside to help me load my things, customer service 10/10

The staff went out of there way to be helpful. They even gave suggestions on what I could buy if I couldn't fine what I needed at another Home Depot.

I came in to buy lumber for a dog house. Every employee I encountered was so helpful. The store was clean and well-organized. They helped me find everything I needed, as well as loading it in my cart, precisely cutting my boards, and carefully loading it into my truck. I felt like they really cared about me!!!

I come here because they keep a well stocked store.

Ryan Wignut was the perfect model of customer service. I needed to purchase a dryer over the phone for my parents. Ryan was patient, kind, and helpful. He guided me to an excellent product at a great price. He also called me back when figuring out delivery options so I didn’t have to wait on the phone.
