Are Kids Workshops offered at the Richmond/W Broad Home Depot?

Yes, the Richmond/W Broad store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent choice during the holiday season or for any reason. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. You can purchase them online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Richmond/W Broad Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Richmond/W Broad offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
