All associates are always very helpful at this store. In addition, if an associate cannot help, there is always a manager nearby who is also ready to assist.

The store was clean and I was able to find the items I needed. I asked questions about paint, fertilizer for my lawn, and needed fence posts. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Went to garden center on Wednesday, St. Patricks Day. The cashier, Christopher, was very friendly and helpful. Made sure I got all the discounts available and helped me apply for the HD credit card. Pleasant experience all around.

My wife and I were having difficulty working on a piece of furniture, and attaching new extensions to the feet. Glen in hardware was very nice, patient and helpful. He was actually helping out a previous customer when I first saw him, and that man also thanked him profusely. Also our cashier helped us with some other ideas on how to strengthen the drawers on the cabinet we were working on.

I don't do many reviews but my recent experience at the Riverdale Home Depot was amazing. Customer service while I was shopping the store was great. There were employees everywhere willing to help. The checkout was fast. there were a lot of people on line but that didn't matter. The whole process was being managed.

Nice wide aisles and good logistics make getting around the store easy and quick. The employees are all over the place and appear to be eager to help.

YOU SAY ON YOUR HOME DEPOT AD ON TV THAT YOU GIVE A VETERAN'S DISCOUNT TO IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS BUT MY EXPERIENCE IS ONLY IF THE VETERAN IS WITH YOU. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY TRIED WITH JUST MY HUSBANDS VETERAN CARD AND WAS REFUSED THE DISCOUNT. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR HUSBAND IS OVERSEAS ON A MISSION OR DIED WHILE DEPLOYED. THEY OFTEN HAVE A HOUSE AND THE WIFE HAS TO STILL MAINTAIN IT. i HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH EMPLOYEES HELPING ME ACCEPT WHEN CHECKING OUT AND ASKING FOR THE DISCOUNT.

I'm sure it was coming from this store : i ordered carpet to be put in December, they measured a few days later we paid and after we paid they gave us a date 1 month and a half away to get installed really. I have to wait another 2 more weeks I know that we are in a cov-19 really sorry but to long you should give the people an option to try and get it done earlier waiting all this gives a chance to move stuff around because the guy measuring said do they have to move anything we said you may have to something. all I have to say are these a private contractor (lazy)
