Went in to buy a stand for my saw. It was super busy, but the staff took care of me and got me item. They maintained true professionalism, even though they had to get my item from a top rack with a forklift.

I purchased gardening supplies and throughout the store I was greeted positively by most of the employees including management. The two associates at self checkout assisted with scanning my items. It was easy to scan my Military Discount. The rest rooms are exceptionally clean. I was happy to see a security guard on the property, I am sick of watching thieves walk out the store with baskets of merchandise without paying, it’s so discouraging. The only drawback of this Home Depot and others throughout the State are the number of migrants looking for work. If Home Depot is going to allow this to continue, perhaps they can meet with the workers and limit their activities to a specific part of the parking. They can discourage people from shopping based on your sense of security.

Alex from customer service went above and beyond for me today. He was so patient and wonderful with me. I will be having people that I know ask for him when they need something from you guys. Thank you for having such great employees!!

Destiny at order pickup is great ( Madison, Riverside store# 6619) ! Friendly, helpful & efficient! I wish all customer service reps where this excellent!!

They are probably the best most organized friendly and customer satisfying location I have ever been to. I live in San Bernardino but will continue to drive to riverside for they're exceptional customer service!

Always have a good time shopping at the Home Depot

I was in need of a new vertical blind and window louver kits, and needed them cut to fit my application, when asked the floor associate to help me with cutting them, he said they just don't cut complete kits, and that I had to purchase head rails and louvers separately, even though I have purchased complete kits, and was able to have them cut at this exact same location. So, I ended up paying an additional $60 because of the unwillingness of the floor employee to do his job. Once I got home, I realized that he did not cut one of the head rails to the length I specified to him, 3 times! So I ended up having to come back and have someone else cut it to the correct length. So I wasted more money, and time. I won't be stopping by this store any time soon, I'd rather drive a little longer and save time, money, and be helped by people that actually give a...

Employee refused to honor advertised price even after showing her the price online.

Pro desk associate Brenda is not helpful at all and is too worried to go out than help customers when it’s part of her job description !!!

Home Depot no longer gives a 10% military discount on building materials

I had an employee overhear me telling my husband I needed gloves and he told me right where they were. Another employee asked if he could help me find something when I had a blank look. Hahaha

This home depot has a great employee. His name Yobany Gutierrez. His very knowledgeable and very kind. I don’t speak very good English. But his so patient with me. Until we get order the door (5door) we did 3times check the order. He didn’t give any bad face. Just very nice person. I hope everyone like him.

If you are buying lumber take a picture of the price and the location you getting it from. Otherwise you will be told you must have misread it and grabbe the wrong piece.

The only reason that this isnt getting a 1 star is because of the cashier Travis, and the sweet females that were working with him on this day. Crystal, the "head cashier" was an absolute nightmare-in a completely unprovoked situation. Her lack of class and customer service was shocking. If it was not for Travis, being the wonderful employee that he is, I would have never returned to this store. (and we come here a LOT) Crystal is an embarrassment to this brand, but Travis's wonderful personality was enough to rectify the experience.

From the moment I walked into Riverside store #6619 the employees were professional, friendly and helpful. The first employee (didn't get his name) got a cart for me, the second employee, Jeff, who I asked to call someone to trim the blinds, followed up to make sure I was being helped, the third employee, Tom, helped me find other parts I needed, and the fourth employee, Thomas trimmed the blinds I was purchasing, as well as helped train Tom how to trim blinds as well. My experience at the Riverside store was very positive overall! I had been to two other Home Depots (Lake Elsinore and Eastvale) earlier that same day in search of the blinds I needed. In both of those stores it was difficult to track down help to trim the blinds and they took a long time to arrive, and didn't seem as motivated to help. Also, the blind trimming machines were broken at both those stores. I wish I lived closer to the Riverside store!

Workers were nice, polite. They always have what I’m looking for. Clean, organized.

Store was cluttered and customers had to pass eachother with less than 6 ft between them. We had a 20 minute wait in line and the cashier could care less if we were spending our hard earned money in this store. I rarely shop at home improvement stores but I know that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope there will be training done so others won’t have this experience. And I am only recommending this store because I was helped by a gentleman in the cleaning aisle and if it wasn’t for him, this trip would have been horrible. I hope more employees in this location are more like him.

This store is a terrible mess with so much junk in the aisles that people can only walk single file in one direction

The garden section had everything I needed. They have a great range of fairly priced gardening supplies. I will continue to do my shopping here. :)

Sylvia has provided me expert customer service. She cheerfully answered questions I had and was able to help me navigate the store to find the parts I was looking for.
