Refrigerators were on sale and the sales person, Sharon was helpful, low key and thanked me for the purchase, as in “thank you for returning and buying here.”

Zoey was over the top with her customer service she help the hole time I was there

Great experience at the store today. Professional staff, terrific instructional guidance and above all, patience and respect.

Robbie the employee took the time to search out what I was looking for, using a tall ladder and opening up cartons way above our heads to find what O was searching for.

I found what I was going to buy on .com but chaper.

I always appreciate coming into the Eockland location. Everyone is always helpful and the store is easy to go in, shop and checkout quick. Bruce is awesome....always happy to see us and will always make sure that we find what we need.

You might want to consider Home Depot’s non return policies and consider shopping elsewhere.

On a recent trip to Home Depot we found a plant pot that didn't have any price tag on it. Dayle helped us at the desk, but couldn't locate the item/price and needed to call for reinforcements. Pam came from the department and helped us all resolve the dilemma. The process took a while but both women were so nice, helpful and so easy to work with that we didn't mind the extra wait. Highly recommend shopping here!

Bruce Wane in plumbing is a wealth of knowledge and helpfulness, as well as Amy at the pro desk. The help I have received time and time again makes me proud to be a Home Depot regular.

Someone helped me cut a piece of carpeting and I appreciate the help.

I bought the Rockwool R-23 for rough cut 2x8 rafters I had milled for my camp. The Rockwool R-23 fits perfectly with Raft-R-Mate so I can have proper ventilation from the soffit to the ridge cap of the roof. The customer Service at the Rockland Home Depot is exceptional. Becca and Chris in particular.

Given it's not every day I put in carpeting or flooring, I am not aware of all my options or which would be best for my lifestyle, it's great to have the guidance of an expert like Vicky in Flooring at home depot. She took the time to get to know me and what was important to our family. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the flooring.

All the staff are right there to help and very knowledgeable. It's the only diy stor w go to now

Every time I shop here they have what I need and the team is always friendly and approachable

Home Depot is clean , organized and everyone is helpful and kind.

Zoe in Rockland is Knowledgeable, polite and a great sales person. We cannot say that about any other Home Depot employee in mid coast Maine. We were very happy to find her. She helped us purchased over $900 of Garden supplies. Great employee

The Rockland Store sent a team of volunteers to the Pope Humane Society. They diligently cleaned a building from top to bottom for us. This area will be used in the future for an onsite veterinarian. They have offered to return when we need them. We really appreciate their service.

There a several people who work at Home Depot that I have come to know who do an exceptional job at service and are knowledgeable about products.

You can’t go wrong shopping at the Rockland Home Depot. The employees go the extra mile to be sure customers are served.
