I would just like to stress again for third time Thank God for Bob at Home Depot Store in Norton Shores Mi I wish I had received his employee number.

I'm a woodworker, I make wood bowls and kids toys which I sell at art shows. I'm in the store at least twice a week, most of the employees know me and speak to me when they see me. I enjoy going to Home Depot.

Treated very Unfairly to keep it politically correct. Sickening to see unfair treat in 2020. This location needs diversity and inclusion training as soon as possible. I know it’s tough times right now but you have to realize that consumers are experiencing the same level of anxiety if not worse, Due to the Coid-pandemic.

Cashier, Erin at the self check-out was VERY rude & LAZY! Not only that, but if you had an issue she wouldn't offer to help & as soon as the customer would leave she would complain to the other employee about the customer. This girl had HORRIBLE customer service skills hopefully someone can do something about it.

This store is filled with incompetent baffoons that cant count past 1....go to lowes!!!

Store was prepared for the Coronavirus with great visual signs. Friendly staff. They took the correct procedures to make everyone feel safe.

I really like the purchase by the foot wood products. If I need 6ft of trim I can buy six ft. If I need some thing cut, I can get cut free of charge.Members that are available are friendly and helpful.
