Very well organized and clean. Not a lot of clutter in the isles to slow you down, get what you need and get out. See a lot of employees working and not just standing around talking.

Recently I cannot find assistance while shopping at this store. I always have to look for someone, and when I do find someone they know nothing about the product I'm looking for.

I bought flooring and installation from this Home Depot and the employees were exceptionally helpful in finding and suggesting materials.

This store has to be the friendliest store around. I really enjoy going to this store.

Bought 6 bags of mulch, plenty varieties to choose from and employees willing to help.

Need to actually quiz your employees on where stuff is, so they don't say "I think" and then send your customers on a wild goose chase around the store... Nobody's got time for that!
