This store is used often by my husband and I for whatever we have going on. I also work for Chaves County Facility Maintenance, and our department uses Home Depot in Roswell, NM often. They have always been helpful, and showed us where we needed to look for what we needed. This is a good store. I wish we could keep the quality manager's for longer though. Often we just get a relationship going and they are promoted to another store in another town.

Store employees were so very helpful in ordering new flooring. They have also been helpful with other projects. We are very pleased with our store.

The store in Roswell NM was great to my wife and I. We purchased an Ego lawn mower and trimmer. Very happy with the products and costomer service!

Store was clean, employees were super friendly and helpful! Always have a great experience at the Roswell store!

Do you have 20 minutes to kill? Buy a propane exchange and play the waiting game at Home Depot.

Our Home Depot reminds me of the old mom and pop store on steroids. The employees take an exceptional care of your DIY needs. They are a true example of customer related service. Love my Home Depot!!!!!!

The store was clean well stocked and employees were very helpful as well as knowledgable..

Although at times we have to locate employees or wait, once we get assistance, the employees have been extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly have been impressed with Garden Center employees on more than one occasion.

The associate at the paint section was helpful and competent this past Monday morning at 0600. I will try to shop more often at that time.

This store has an absolutely amazing worker named Jonathan that will go head over heels for you. Was very impressed and very satisfied.

This store is clean, organized and the manager runs a tight, polite ship.

The department I needed was easy to find. The young lady at the pro desk was very helpful. Another lady, Valerie, has kept on top of my order. Parts of my order has not come in due to the supplier to Home Depot and getting it together. Valerie lets me know weekly whats going on. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

I shopped the Home Depot today and was floored by the customer service from my cashier. There were plenty of associates, all knowledgeable ( well with the exception of the guy delivering lawn mowers to lawn and Garden but He was polite he was also trying to get his flirt on with the young lady that was helping him, )understood !! The cashier really is always so happy and concerned for the customers . . The store is always clean!! And that along with the great customer service I received is what makes it worth it to pass almost all the other Home Improvement stores on the way to our Roswell NM Store#3510

The store has any supplies that one would need for projects. Every isle is well stocked. I have shopped many times at the store and employees help me with ideas when I’m doing a project. If an employee does not know where an item is, they look for another employee to help me find the item. This makes a customers knowing that they will get the help when shopping.ty

The store is great! People were very helpful! We are traveling through from Alabama so will probably not shop here again.

I was very disappointed by the cabinets we got someone grabbed cabinets that were broken and dinged up, but Jonathan worked very hard and took the time to grab us all new cabinets. He was very nice and completely changed my thoughts on Home Depot. Jonathan did a very great job and offered excellent customer service!!!
