Great quality product, for a great price.

PURCHASED THE SINGLE PADDLE RIDGID MIXER. THIS WAS THE ONLY HOME DEPOT THAT HAD ONE IN STOCK. GREAT CLEAN STORE WELL ORGANIZED. VERY HELPFULL EMPLOYES. I WILL BE BACK

Went to store on Sunday very poor customer service lines out the door no management around heck no aprons around to help with lines or questions.

I visited the Roxbury Home Depot today and went to the carpet/wallpaper section. Debbie and Christine went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I ended up getting something even better than what I originally intended because of their help.

Been to many of the Home Depot Stores and this by far has the best customer service in the area. I recommend finding Anthony and have Phylis handle your check out.

All products on my list were purchased! No empty shelves.

I had to purchase a new blind from the Roxbury Store, as the old one which was less than a year old had failed. The associate Meghan was very helpful not only in cutting the new blind but assisted me with the return of the faulty product.

Great customer service, the staff is friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend shopping here as they have a wider selection of products and services to offer.

Debbie in customer service was nothing short of amazing! She truly made my father-son day a success! She even gave us some take home crafts that my son could do with his sister! She truly went above and beyond, which you don't come by very often anymore. Thank you Debbie, you truly made our day!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. There was a period when it seemed under-staffed but in the last few years that has changed a lot. Great staff that is always helpful, including in finding alternative solutions to problem solving.

I just purchased the battery operated chainsaw so I can only give my first impression. Battery life is ok. The cutting power is excellent. I easily cut through 15 inch logs. It does have some weight to it but is very comfortable to hold and operate and the price seems fair.

Should work more on customer service training; they look like they don't want the store to improve tge shopping experience.

Sales person, Gerald, helped me in the paint department. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Good sales and incentives. I'd come back to Gerald if I need advice.

The store was very clean! Debbie S. from the service desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped us find the items needed and more! She was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with our recent visit to Home Depot.

The management is great! On a recent trip the Assistant Manager (I think his name is Walt) helped me find everything I needed. The cashiers are all so friendly. Love this store!
