I RECENTLY HAD A NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED AND VERY HAPPY WITH ALL. I HAVE USED THE STORE IN ROYAL PALM BEACH , FLA.FOR MANY MANY YEARS AND VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THEIR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.

Husband and I have been attempting to get out to select approximately 10 light fixtures for two homes. Very difficult as a two worker household. Selected three of 10 and had to leave the aisle so that they could get product down. This was for restocking not at a customers request. This is promptly truncated our experience. We did not have enough time to complete our shopping. I will be getting these things online from another vendor. Allow the customer who has struggled to make it to your bricks and mortar store to finish their shopping before you require them to leave the aisle.

The cashier seemed very uninterested in being at her post. I bought six boxes of liners, some of them had shipping labels on the UPC that were facing up. After the UPC did not work, the cashier manually attempted to type in the number. Right next to it on the side was a UBS that said “scan me”. I pointed it out to her, she did not listen. After her manual typing failed, i pointed out that UPC to her again, this time she scanned it, but complained about it. I paid for the transaction with my business card, got my receipt and was walking to my truck. The cashier started to chase me, yell at me that I did not pay and I had to come back! Several customers witnessed it, were looking at me and urging me to go back and pay! I had the receipt in my hand and showed it to the cashier, she looked at it confused and ran back. I looked at my mobile bank application and saw that the transaction had gone through. I loaded up my items and left. It was embarrassing to be chased by a cashier who did not know what they were doing and be put on display in a parking lot in front of other customers when I did not do anything wrong.

My customer service person, Olivia, was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and assisted me with all my questions and issues. She did a great job and made my shopping return experience pleasant. There was a line of customers, but she took her time, answered all my questions and was very patient.

I showed employee their listing for 23/32 sanded pine plywood 4’ x 8’. He goes to an unlabeled pile and says “this is it”. Takes it and cuts it to my dimensions. I got to register and SURPRISE, it’s wrong wood. Well I simply ask “can I switch it for correct one?” They tell me no I have to buy because it’s already cut. But it’s the employee mistake fr pointing out wrong plywood and then cutting even though I showed them the listing. The cashier tried to gaslight me by saying “no it’s the right one, it’s just abbreviated “. I kept showing the listing I wanted which is CLEARLY different in price. So disappointed since I went OUT OF MY WAY to go to this location since they had what I wanted in stock. Which I never ended up getting.

I visited Home Depot today to pick up an online order but also did shop in the paint department. They were very helpful and knowledgeable today. Also customer service person Zawadie was very helpful

I was returning some cabinets and picking up some new ones. Noah saw I needed assistance and without hesitation he came over to ask if he could assist. He also ran, and I mean ran, to the other side of the store to grab another cart. Skye then helped me with the return and I asked if I could switch the curbside to pickup because it was early it wasn’t open yet. She helped me with that process and even brought them from the back and luckily enough, Noah helped load them. Amazing associates!

Every employee I have had contact with were courtious, friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to do a return recently, and an associate named Ali went above and beyond to help me with a super complicated transaction - literally took like 1 + hour but she was super friendly and patient through the whole time. I wish everyone I had to deal with a customer representative at a business they had the same work that ethic and enthusiasm for their job!

Tracy from garden went out of her way to go out to the parking lot to get me a electric scooter I thought that was absolutely very kind of her

I like this store because they always have the products I need but it is difficult to find an employee to ask questions about a product or project.

I love the selection in store. Went in planning to buy some basic concrete slabs to make additional parking space for my house. Ended up getting something that not only looked way better to match the color of the existing driveway, but also at a really good price.

I was able to find a flat push cart from the salt I needed. I went to the lumber section and found what I needed. 👍

I came in for a product return & a purchase. Thanks to great team member assistance, my visit was quick & easy. I will definitely shop at this Home Depot location again!!!

The garden center is filled with all kinds of wonderful plants to choose from! I really love the colors, and the smells of all the plants! One thing that makes it really great though is the customer service. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's the place to go to make things grow!

While in paint area, I was guided to exactly what type of painted I needed for my project.
