Hire some cashiers. Only self-checkout lanes offered. Sorry, I don't work there...

Had to wait for employee to come to his department. Had to ask several times to page the employee for millwork. I was told that a plain exterior door with double locks (two holes) was not available, but the contractor could put a dead bolt lock on the door. I paid to have the contractor come out to take measurements of the door, but after 4 days, I called to cancel the appointment. Approximately four hours after cancelling the appointment, the contractor called and left a message saying he would be at my house the next day. I called him and left a message telling him not to come and to call me if he wanted to know why.

I had a great experience in this store. Crystal cheerfully helped me return something, there was another gal behind the returns area who was also friendly but I can’t remember her name, I’m sorry. Also, Katie was friendly and helpful when I was looking at the Christmas items!

Went there late and unfortunately almost closing time, however they got my paint mixed and the chaser was extremely nice and was out of there really fast , GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Did the online order process 2 days in a row and both times I had to wait between 20 and 45 minutes. The first time I went to the counter for my order and it wasn’t there. This was two weeks after the order was placed and after several emails from Home Depot telling me “Don’t forget your order.” It was a wheel barrow that was assembled and it was not upfront. I had to wait 45 minutes. I am not exaggerating. Today I went in after placing another order online last night. When I went in AGAIN they did not have my order up front. This is after TWO notifications stating it was. This young female employee slowly walks back to wherever my item is supposed to be and brings me out an ASSEMBLED item which I SPECIFICALLY did not want. Then, she SLOWLY walks back to get one in a box and guess what? THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY. Seriously?!?!?! I wasted another 20 minutes for this and I had another appointment to get to. So not only did they not have it, they wasted my time and I was late to the next appointment. What is the point of online ordering it when you go to pick up your order it isn’t even there. When I finally said to please just refund my money the young girl just replied “OK thank you have a nice day.” Three employees standing there who didn’t really care that they did not have what I specifically ordered and wasted my time. I will not go back to that Home Depot again. Seriously ZERO customer service skills.

Be careful of home remodeling appointments and scheduled appointments within the store. They are very unreliable. The projects they have completed for me have been done well, but communication is lacking!

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN. ONE OF THE MOST FRIENDLINESS, PLEASANT, AND HELP EMPLOYEES AT THE SERVICE IS CRYSTAL. I FEEL THAT SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS. WHENEVER I NEED TO FIND AN ITEM IN THE STORE, AFTER COMPLETING MY RETURN, SHE ALWAY GIVES ME THE LOCATION OF THE ITEM.

We consistently find everything we are looking for in this Annapolis store. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

People are usually nice and helpful. I am always directed to the correct aisle and if I can't find something while I'm there there's usually someone to assist. Employees seem to be friendly to xcustomers and each other

Great store in a great location. And the military discount is excellent. Unfortunately, I've encountered a bad apply today... a cashier named Carmella, she needs to be sent back to customer service school again for more training or better yet a college education if she doesn't like her job. But overall experience is great otherwise.

I am a huge fan of the garden section at this location. It is amazing and the prices are great, at least to me, for the quality of the plants.

Helpful people if you can find someone.

We arrived close to closing time, I could tell the employees were getting tired but we got the help we needed and Crystal made exchanging a door lock easy. I even gave her a hug! The store was clean, also the restroom was clean. Very important!

I'm blessed with the option of 4 locations all within 20 minutes of mt home. I use them all, but have found staff at this location more approachable and user friendly.

It's my fave for both hardware and rentals.

lumber dept a mess. Good luck trying to find someone to cut a piece of lumber. Don't even answer phone. Orange aprons walk by and ignore you (Not MyJob).

I used to go extra miles to the Middletown store because the staff was most helpful. Now the South Annapolis serves as well & much closer

The Home Depot is one of my favorite hardware stores to get supplies for my DYI projects. I visited this location that is 20 miles away from my usual local store, to pickup supplies for my lastest project. When I got home and unloaded the bags, ready to dive in to my latest project, I realized I left one item at the register. I went to my local store to replace the item, and dredding paying twice for the item, I asked to speak to a manager when I arrived I was thinking and expecting a long process to get a credit, prove I left the item, etc... Instead; I spoke to Brenda, a supervisor at my Germantown store, and she instructed me call with receipt number to resolve the issue without having to travel the distance. I called and spoke to Cindy, a customer service rep at the Annapolis store that I visited the day before. Eithin five minutes, she quickly found the receipt and credited the item to my debit card before leaving the local store!! Kudos to both Brenda and Cindy who demonstrated great customer service and saved me a lot of time to complete my project.

My cashier Crystal was friendly, courteous and efficient. Exceptional enough to prompt me to write this review.
