Had a shipment to my home of concrete wall block and additional big bags of soil and mulch and asked to see i sign the delivery so i can see they place it the correct place. I paid $79 for this shipment and it was delivered and not signed and of course not placed where we needed it to be. A bit disappointing as I have back issues and will need to carry one by one to where i wanted it and not out side the gate.

The staff at this location is accommodating, knows their products, and is generous with their time. Helping locate items or selecting a specific product has never been a problem.

I really love this store, it doens't have the best selection (why do i have to go to the hillsboro location for hogwire and hogwire accessories?) BUT the staff is mindblowingly above and beyond. I have no idea what the manager here does to recruit and retain such a quality workforce. I'm autistic and apparently horrifically painful to deal with as a customer (I'm oblivious to this most of the time, I think I'm a great customer) but I also have brain damage, I get lost constnatly even if i premake my list, sometimes wondering the store for hours before I'm done. The staff never treats me with disrespect. I honestly feel so accepted when I shop here, whether that's in my head or not, I'm not sure, but I don't always feel that way at other stores, or even other home depot locations (I'm lookin' at you TIGARD!) but this location lets me let my freak flag fly, lets my brain damaged brain pile my cart high so high with items because i forgot what I went there for and keep getting distracted by things I need and they don't give me dirty looks. They just ask if I need help, and hey guess what I do! how do you install a mailbox anyway? oh, what's a self closing gate hinge? and while I have you, what's corten steel and why does it rust? ok this review is officially over, but i love this store!

Has stuff I need. App helps locate everything I need quickly

We are doing a kitchen makeover and needed 41 pull handles for our new cupboards. We checked at another home depot store that had bulk pricing, but not the handles we wanted. Rosanna an employee said she was empowered to give up to a $ 50.00 dollar discount because this store did not have bulk pricing. We got the handles and the discount . Rosanna went above and beyond to make us happy. Well done Rosanna.

I bought a wooden baseboard replacement piece, and all employees friendly and helpful, especially Emily. I will never have anyone but Emily help me with a lumber department purchase.

Every time I go into the store the cashiers are always friendly especially Hovan she is always cheerful and happy and makes my day even if i'm having a bad day

If you need any information or help with any type of painting project you need to see David at this location. He is the person for paint!

I was very appreciative of the customer service I received from a sales associate by the name of Otto. He was moving pallets of garden soil and I got his attention for some Turf Builder Lawn Soil where the bin was empty. He got off his fork lift and said he would bring me a bag of the Soil to a receiving location in the area where the card board boxes are compressed. I wait there for no more that a minute before he came through the door from outside bringing a bag of lawn soil.

I needed help finding a product and a staff member took me to the location where it was on display and during check out the cashier was efficient, friendly and polite - all qualities that I appreciate.

Always has what I need

I had an online return that I tried to do at another store and the employee there just couldn’t be bothered. I came here because I thought they might be able to help, and the experience was like day and night. Jennifer at customer service was amazing. When I explained the issue, she immediately was like “no problem” and processed it immediately. I used to work customer service and it is a thankless job, but she was so positive and helpful that I want her to get all the recognition she deserves. I will definitely come back to this store again!

We regularly visit the Beaverton Home Depot and will continue to buy what we need there because of the people who work there! From the folks at the Return Desk to Gardening; those working in the aisles sharing their expertise to the Paint Pros; those out in the parking lot keeping an eye on merch and retrieving shopping carts to the checkers - so friendly! It sure seems like people enjoy working there. We most recently bought paint, patio sealer, and mulch there! All within the last 2 months. We will be back when the next home project arises!

I love David from the paint department, he’s so helpful and so knowledgeable. He is super funny and always making me laugh. Definitely coming back just to see him!

Tim and his partner was already waiting to help us, when they saw that we had a grill at check out. We did not look hard or asked foe help l, everyone was eager to help.

The tradespeople at this store give the best advice. Some other Home Depot stores, I get the sense I am being bull shooted. Not this store. Real deal tradespeople telling you how to get it done.

Of the two HD stores close to me I prefer this one.

I went in to look at materials and Gabe in lumber was so helpful and knowledgeable that I left with all the materials I needed to complete my current project with confidence.

Denise is a cashier and Chad is a manager at the Home Depot here in Beaverton. They both exemplify customer service! I had an issue with another employee who didn’t have time to help me and they took care of me amazingly! I left the store feeling like family. Thank you to both of you!

I always buy tools from Home Depot in Beaverton, OR and I am satisfied with my purchase and their service.

At the cashier, they offered me to help hauling away my merchandise to my location. That was great because I bought very loathe and heavy item that time.
