Always Great employees!

I would only give this store a half a star. The employees aren't helpful, give out incorrect info,and then when you go to return the item they deny the return.

Great customer service. My favorite THD store.

Store was well stocked, clean with lots of variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Worst store ever.................... the employees are more interested in socializing than helping customer. Store should be closed as it brings Home Depot down.

LOVE THIS STORE

I've had my share of bad experiences in a Home Depot. However, the experience that I got from this location is life changing of my opinions. I had to give a review, because of the respect and attention I've gotten from here.

THE ASSOCIATES WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Great store employees. We went to purchase the outdoor furniture on display as we saw it last week. We went in on Monday, June 17th and looked it over, had some questions. An employee stopped by to help, relaized he did not know the answers, asked Dennis the Garden manager to help us. Very friendly and knowlegable, helped us out, answered questions and made great suggestions, We were ready to purchease, he walked us to check out, then over to shipping and assembly area to get us set up for delivery of the assembled items later this week. Every Employee was first class, had fun and made us geel great about shopping at your South Blvd store. We will be back and recomend to our friends to shop at your store. THANK YOU!!

No one working at the paint counter on Monday 630 PM. I waited at the counter for ten minutes, then found the inside garden worker. He paged for someone in paint, no one showed up. I then walked around the store to plumbing and he found someone that could mix paint. It seems that the store is really short staffed and many of the employees are unhappy.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful staff. I only wish I lived closer to this one so I could make it my regular.

I am concerned that the store policies exclude disabled elderly people. No one should be discriminated against because of age or disability.

This Home Depot has the best plants!

This store has really good associates like Isais in electrical department and good attitude.

I find everything I needed, the store was clean, i didnt wait so long to pay

Very nice garden department manager i think his name is dennis he is very helpful and respectful but there was a rude self checkout employee. She came up to us very rude we didnt even have the chance to walk up to the register I know she was doing her job but she was very rude I dont remember her name but this order was made around 3-4 pm on Sunday

Don't waste your time anywhere else, come to this store!!! I've never been to a more friendly and helpful home improvement store.

Great service love the store and people

The store has a lot of stock but everyone is so busy stocking that they don't focus on customer service. It's very hard to find someone that can give advice or just answer basic questions about services.

Great store

This may be a small Home Depot but it is my favorite one. There is always help when I need it and the cashiers are always pleasant.

Clean store, with generally helpful staff. Devin, the front desk manager, is a rock star, and if you ever have any issues, she will own your problem and get it solved.

It's a little difficult to write a review for this store because in my encounters, I have run into some really awesome employees as well as several employees who suck! The manager, Devona...she's awesome! James, an associate, he's awesome. They went above and beyond to help me on one visit. In this visit, prior to engaging with the two of them, I literally spoke with 3 employees, one at the service desk no less, who don't know the meaning of customer service. If it were not for Devona and James...I couldn't even give this store one star! This store is convenient to me so it is my hope that with Devona at the helm, she can instill in them what she already has! A desire to serve and be of service to the customers at Home Depot.
