Molly at the checkout in garden center was very sweet and helpful. Would go again just to see her. The store is intuitively organized and has a less busy and more friendly feel than some of the others in the area.

Awesome employees. Although their App will help you find the aisle/bin that contains a product, only a knowledgeable person can help you figure out what you need. Often with ideas that I had not yet come up with.

If I could give a negative star I would, Never have your products delivered. They will tell you a date it will be delivered with guaranteed but deliver part of it on another day and give you run arounds on when the rest will be delivered but will never ever call you to tell you what's going on you have to call every time/ day just for then to tell you they will investigate why it wasn't delivered then tell you it will be another couple days,

Store #4656 was clean, organized and easy to navigate. All associates are "customer friendly" as well and professional and eager to assist.

I always enjoy going to this store the people are GREAT. They are friendly and very helpful. Professionalism must be taught here. Store is organized well. Items are easy to find most of the time.

I purchase a new door in August of 2019. They did a wonderful job. I plan on purchase some other items when the time is right for my family and I. They do as I see excellent work, and I'm glad one of my co-workers told me about the contractors Home Depot have!

I have been to multiple Home Depot Stores in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater, VA area. This one is the best. They always go out of their way to assist and they are welcoming to all. In particular, you get the impression that there "really aren't any dumb questions". When you ask someone where something is, they take you to it; "no pointing or mentioning isle". Of note, if you want to try a new task at home, associates tell you exactly what you need and how.

Needed help matching paint and he managed to give me just what I needed.

Bruce at the Hillcrest Parkway Home Depot, was working on November 25th 2019 and was extremely helpful getting me pointed in the right direction for an outside vent.

Only a very few employees are friendly. Very few go out of their way to help you. I usually go to the Kitty Hawk store where everyone goes out of their way to help you. The only reason I went to this store was they were the only one that had the product in stock that we needed.

Easy to shop at, everything is mostly where it is supposed to be. Lumber layout has gotten a little rough, but seems to be getter better!

Your staff was very supportive of my current project. They cut 2x 12 treated lumber for my project. Also had a staff member help we select of alternate screws for the deck railing.

My wife and I love this Home Depot location. We are always working on a project, so we stop by frequently. The employees are always friendly and asking us what they can help us with. The store is clean and well organized. Just a nice shopping experience all around.
