Charlie Ore, manager of kitchen and counter tops did an excellent job in assisting me at every turn. During a time that service is in the tank, Charlie was a bright star during my purchasing experience.

First time using store credit to purchase and Tiffanie was awesome in helping me. She was smiling and seemed excited to help.

Maurice went out of his way to help me find an item that was listed online and in store, but not located on the shelf. 2 associates from the customer service counter told me Home Depot doesn't carry it anymore and neither offered to help me find it. Funny thing: Item is listed as available for same day store pickup. Maurice from the Appliances Department offered to help me find the item and retrieve it from a box on the top shelf. He went out of his way to help me and doesn't even work in the electrical department. He was polite, helpful, and courteous. He went above and beyond where others failed. He more than made up for the non-helpful associates.

Please hire more staff like Greg!

Everytime I go someone greets me at the door. If I need something there is always a worker around. The cashiers are always nice and friendly.

The store isle were filled with items that needed to be stocked on shelves. I tried to purchase two items that were on clearance but both items were taken from be because they scanned at .01 each. I tried to show them the price were I go them all they said is they could not sell them. I will never go back to home depot and I suggest that you do not either. Poor customer service.

The store is always neat and things are easy to find, but if you can't find it the employees will assist you.

We had awesome service! We will be making this store our primary place to buy things for our home, property and lawn.

No help from employees to load some Quik Crete bags(80 lb. bags). I asked several people for help but they were of no help. I also asked them to call the manager but he never showed up. Finally a young man I asked for assistance did help. I had workers at my house waiting on these bags of Quik Crete to finish a project I was paying them to do. I am very upset with the service or should say lack of service from these employees at your store.

MARQUISHA WAS GREAT IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT. THE STORE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND CLEAN. SHE HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED WITH A SMILE. SHE OFFERED ME HOME DEPOT CREDIT APPLICATION AND SHE FOLLOW THROUGH BY SENDING ME AN EMAIL CONFORMATION OF MY FLOORING SAMPLES. HER SMILE SHOWED PRIDE IN WORKING FOR HOME DEPOT AND HER ATTITUDE AND CARING NATURE WILL WIN MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND AGAIN. THANKS HOME DEPOT FOR HIRING THE DOERS THAT GET THE JOB DONE.

I placed an order online, get all the way to store and was told that my online order was missing lids to my totes. The young lady tried calling for help but help never arrived to get lids for totes. How do you guys sell storage totes, without lids?? Really? refund please.

Store is near my home and has convenient hours of operation for me. This allows me to accomplish more in a timely manner. I appreciate the staff and well stocked store of goods and services. I can almost always find what I need.

The associates in this store were extremely helpful to me on my last visit, and the young man who assisted me went far and above what I have received from other stores.

I was lied to about the assembly of a grill I purchased online for a Christmas gift. It was not ready on time and had to return 2 more times. We were given the excuse that the assembler was new. When it was assembled, it was severely damaged. They gave me a different grill in a box and were told we could assemble it and given a $50 dollar refund. I would have rather had the grill assembled by someone that knew what they were doing, as I do not have time before the holidays.

We are homeowners so we visit home depot often. The store is always clean, well stocked and staffed with friendly knowledgeable staff. The bathrooms are clean too! I stopped by yesterday to get a few bags of mulch and found a great deal on Christmas tree. Since I had my seven month old daughter w me an employee accompanied us to grab the mulch, he loaded it into my cart and again into my Jeep!
