The Home Depot on Columbus Blvd. has improved a lot! There are many helpful employees (some of whom speak Spanish and English fluently). They are friendly and helpful!

This store has staff to assist with your shopping needs.

There was a Jamacian guy that was amazing and helped me, as well as a cashier when I looked confused. Then, this Paul guy, the cashier...he was annoyed when I approached the register, didn't greet me, say thank you, or say one word to me, nor did he even make eye contact. By the time I said thank you, he was back to reading whatever he was reading when I got to him. Paul is a miserable jerk who should be working in the back or somewhere where he doesn't have to deal with customers. My scores are only the reflection of the two good people I encountered.

Every time I shop at the Columbus Blvd. store I am glad that I did. I never had a problem whenever I ask for help or advice about a product.

Of all the Home Depot locations, this store is most likely to have items not found at any other location or building supply store.

I am handicap and had difficulty finding the tile and bath fixtures I was shopping for. The customer services reps I met went out if their way to take me to the location I needed to find. It was an excellent shopping experience and a pleasure to be helped by such nice people during this difficult time.

Doug is the man! He was SO helpful and SO genuinely kind! He walked me and my boyfriend through multiple places in the store to find the tile we needed and seemed so happy to do so. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

i only visited the paint department and had a very pleasant because of the worker by the name of France who made my shopping experince much easy and stress free

Pretty disorganized staff. More staff members should be trained on equipment like saws. Excessive wait to be helped, difficulty finding employee to assist. What should have been a 10 minute trip took an hour and a half.

Very helpful staff, this particular location had more of the products I needed in store which eliminated the need to order on line.

Brothers Anton and Anthony Williams went out of their respective ways to help my mother and I find materials for some hope improvement projects we wanted to embark on. They were knowledgeable, made sound recommendations and made sure we were equipped to be successful. We really appreciate their expertise and are truly thankful they were present to assist us!

I love this store !. I've been going to this particular Home Depot for the past 15 years. They always have the latest and greatest. Sometimes if it's busy it is difficult to talk to an employee but ya either end up figuring it out on your own or if your really stumped on something just wait a few minutes and they'll set ya straight. I have gone to other Home Improvement stores were the salesperson would say something like "Yeah, why would you want to do it like that ?" Well,I want to do it like that solely for the reason that you would ask me that so degradingly. You won't get anything ever close to that here. There's been very few times I've gone and they did not have something in stock but other than that the store is fantastic and so are the people that work there. It is always clean and organized. I have either redone or built many different places from purchases at this store and that will definitely continue.

I had purchased cabinets from Home Depot more than 10 yrs ago and one of the hinges broke and the assistant manager Jimmy at the Columbus blvd location went above and beyond to help me I really appreciate it he deserves a promotion and a raise!!

I RODE AROUND FOR HOURS TRYING TO FIND A PART FOR MY HEATER,CAME TO SOUTH PHILLY HOME DEPOT THEY HAD THE PART 6 OF THEM THE STORE ATTENTANT WAS A LOT OF HELP AND VERY FRIENDLY

Store has a bit more inventory and lines are somewhat shorter than other Home Depots. Spray paint area was almost empty and I had to pick whatever color was there.

I am going shopping at Home Depot for over 20 years I’ve been doing contracting as long as you’ve been open before you was Mr. goodbyes and countless other stores I love the pro app and return policy makes you feel comfortable in buying things as somethings wrong you know It will be Honored keep up the good work

Can someone point out to the employees that masks are only effective if they cover the mouth and nose. And does not count just covering their chin?!?!

Currently during the Covid crisis, this store (as are many others) is not well stocked. Also beware that the cashier may ask you for your debit card PIN (as was my experience) upon checking out. DO NOT provide PIN's and step around the cashier and enter it yourself.
