GREAT STORE I LOVE IT

Great service!

The South Reno store is great. They always seem to have everything I need and some things I did not know I needed. The store is always clean and organized so you can find things easily. Also, the store employees are VERY knowledgeable, helpful and available to assist.

I went here to find a microwave! Sam from appliances was seriously amazing she was friendly, she was hard working and she wasn’t giving up u til we found what we were looking for. I loved how she treated us we are a younger couple and she helped us search for different fan speeds, sizes etc. She never made us feel dumb. I LOVE good customer service and clean stores. I might even go back when I need paper towels instead of another store because all the employees were so nice!

Great store with lots of inventory and pleasant staff. It is a mile from my home and that is a blessing as I go there weekly.

Just my favorite place to shop or browse for items I did or did not have an immediate need. Extremely helpful staff and typically has what I need even when I don't exactly know what I am looking for.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I will be shopping at this Home Depot location again!

The store is clean, well stocked, and generally staffed well enough so that one can find an employee to assist if required. That, and the I've found department specialists to be very knowledgable. The checkout staff is always helpful and friendly. It's a great store to patronize!

The paint guy was very helpful and friendly, he was knowledgeable and had my paint mixed before I knew it!! The cashier was very friendly as well and no long lines to check out. It was refreshing to check out with an actual human instead of self check out

Excellent Service and Products!

This store has some of the best professional sale personal. You have professional electrical,paint,plumbing people that offer help and give you answers and suggestion for the job...Much better then competitors and other HD stores. In today's age of of on-line buying you can not bet the personal advice and knowledge offered by the sales team...They show you the items request and give you advice on installation the a average person can understand and do...Thank You keep up the GOOD work

Cashiers need to know products better

I do have one complaint NOT about this store but about the corporation of Home Depot. Part of the "store specific" (Steamboat) demographic survey asks age and race. Previous page asks occupation which I select as general contractor as I am a Pro Renovator and "Flipper". Why doesn't your demographic ask gender? Do you assume that just because I am a Pro / general contractor that I am a man?

Found exactly what I was looking for, Eric and Julianne in rentals were phenomenal. They provided excellent customer service and were able to help when I had problems with rented equipment. I will absolutely shop this store again because of Eric and Julianne.

I had a lovely visit at The Home Depot, this store has amazing employees and is a pleasure to shop in. If you are lucky enough you will get their Cashier Julia to help you out she is a very lovely girl who was extremely helpful to me with all my purchases.

Worst customer service ever. Could not get help to load 4x8 sheets of melamine. The first person said he could not lift anything but did not bother to find someone else. Asked for help again to no avail. Asked another customer for a hand. Nice guy helped me out. The store was not busy as all. When I checked out. The cashier said "The customer service in this store sucks". Her words not mine. I would have given 0 stars but a minimum one star rating was required.
