Let me tell you all about my trip to the Home Depot, and those giants whose shoulders I stood upon to get my bedroom wall looking nice. The first person I have to thank is James. Hard to find a friendlier face anywhere, and let me freaking tell you, have you ever tried to show a friendly face wearing a freaking mask? Hard to do. Hard. To. Do. Anyways, this nice guy directed me to Joseph. Joseph is a very patient guy. He helped me lug lumber over to the panel saw, helped me do the math that I was hesitating on. The way I put it in my head, I was hemming and hawing, and Joseph was sawing. This part of my adventure complete, I was put very delicately (because I try not to act clueless, but I kind of am) in the hands of Karl. Karl was cleaning up the aisle with the molding. And as he was vacuuming, he was being pulled this way and that way by two different customers. And by golly, I had the gall to be a third customer. I don’t know how he did it, but he found time to saw a bunch of long, awkward MDF boards in half for me. Measured them and everything. I gave noncommittal “Oh, if you’re busyyyyy… that’s okaaaaayyyy…” excuses for him to go and deal with all the other stuff around him, but he very patiently worked with me. Thank goodness. At this point, my spouse, who is the “project spouse” while I am a “chore spouse” texted me to go get paint. And so, I found none other than Marco, the PAINT WIZARD. I told him it was like magic that they could match colors. I asked if it was all right if I dashed off to go get some nails and come right back. He said sure! Now, if you’ve been following along, you’ll understand that I’ve got a couple hundred pounds of wood on my cart doohickey, and I’m… well, I’m not NOT scatterbrained. So, I got lost finding nails. NAILS. Literally, hammers and nails are what are used to represent hardware stores. But let me tell you, I came back, Marco was off doing something important, but my gallon of paint was there, labelled perfectly, spot of paint on top, a little pour spout and paint stirrer perched on top beautifully! This could’ve been put in a museum, it was so put-together, but more than all that, it was thoughtful and considerate. I wished I could’ve thanked him in person. Lucky for me, I was able to thank him in person, because I needed help finding caulk and he was there, too. I told him he was a wizard and that he was awesome. And finally, it was time to check out. James again, friendly face extraordinaire, found me, and guided me to Jessica, who was working the self check-out. I must not have understood the meaning of self check-out, because instantly, I needed help. I don’t know how to buy lumber. I could barely find freaking nails, for heavens’ sake! But Jessica, patient as could be, worked with me as we searched for the bar codes I had, with minimum forethought, hidden behind the other stuff I got. And by golly, when she wished me a good evening, I was like, “Wow. How many people helped me in there?” And it is a good evening. These people are wonderful, and it was the best trip to any hardware store I’ve ever had. Twenty out of five stars. Awesome people. Great experience.

Great store, awesome employees. Someone is always willing to help, even when it appears they are short staffed. Jolly Good Job!

It was amazing! I needed a kitchen sink full piping assembly. John or Jon (older gentlemen) in Aurora / Southlands location was great. Literally assembled and walked me through the full process. I was amazed at the knowledge and customer service. we need more people like John or Jon.

Store is nice and clean helpful staff.

We found the items we were looking for. We did ask for assistance and received professional, courteous assistance. Associates we encountered, including the checkout person, were all very friendly and helpful.

11/21/20 @ ~ 1100. Thanks to Mike D in flooring for going out of his way to get me a drape/sheer that had already been inventoried and palleted for return to the where house. Super stoked that he got a lift, got the pallet down, broke into the wrapped and inventoried pallet to get the $6 sheer I needed. He did this WITHOUT me having to ask or make a scene. He did it on his OWN and he was scheduled to be "off", so he stayed late to help me. WOW, haven't had that type of service (without asking) in a long time.!!!! Thanks to Mike for saving me a trip to another HD and having to deal with headaches from wife!!!

Complete failure on delivery of ordered material. Than nothing but I'm sorry there is nothing we can do.

Great store; clean. With the increase of theft at so many businesses, it appears that this store is taking strong measure in preventing theft which is a huge cost saving to customers like me; because they will not have to pass the theft cost on to the customers. Thanks, and keep up the great job.

Best tool rental department at a Home Depot. Zach and Mike are excellent to work with and I am always happy to see when they are available to help me.

This store almost always has what I need. when I need help I can usually find it and the employees are always courteous and helpful.

Zach in Tool Rentals was a big help. He educated me on the difference between a floor belt sander and the vibrating sander and helped me in my decision as to which tool to rent. Thanks, Zach!

Excellent customer service from Zach in the tool rental department. Zach has gone above and beyond in his department and helping me out in other departments. I'd ask for Zach if he is on duty at the Tool rental at this Home Depot.

Excellent service from T (assisting employee). Gave me the necessary time (less than a minute) of his busy time to answer my questions about a specific grill I was eyeing and was able to follow through. I understand customer service I am a professional myself. However, service from his supervisor (sarcastic and dismissive) was unfavorable and quite disrespectful. I've been in this store a few times and this supervisor's disposition was not at par with his peers. Perhaps the day was busier than usual.

Mike in Flooring was a big help to my husband and I. He was very patient and pleasant and very efficient.

This store is an awesome place to shop at. The employee's keep everything neat and clean. They are always willing to help. Unlike other stores, the employee's at this location go out of their way asking customers if they need any help, making feel more like guest rather than customers.

The employees at this store made me feel more as a guest rather than a customer. Even though it is not the closest Home Depot to my house, I will be returning to this store often.

Great selection of grills and an employee named "T" was great! He was very helpful and ensured we were taken care of from start to finish.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THRU THESE MESSED UP TIMES HERE IN THE STATES, WE WILL ALL GET THREW THIS AND HOME DEPOT WILL BE STRONGER THAN BEFORE IN 2021....

Zero Stars. Employees openly display political slogans while checking you out. What ever happened to neutrality while shopping? This experience was a complete hoax!

Came to buy 3 blinds, out of stock on one of them, one needed to be cut but nobody came to help even after 2 pages for help. Left the store with only one blind. This is unusual for this store. Normally employees are great. Ken in electrical and Killian in garden are very helpful. However, flooring/blinds is an embarrassment

Employee don't wear face masks as ordered by Governor of Colorado. and when you ask them why they state they don't need to.
