"Sunshine" ....that's her real name...was right there when I needed to know where an item was. Boom! Got it! And she was so nice and personable. Then at check-out "Renuka" reached out and again...very personable and friendly...I was done. Had what I came in for and enjoyed the entire shopping experience. Not what usually happens at a big box store. Thank you Sunshine and Renuka!

I had visited other stores to acquire infor about my planned kitchen project. My objective was to contract with one source for the entire project. The Home Depot San Ramon Store #6604 was the only store that filled that requirement. They are extremely knowledgable and efficient in every respect. All my requirements were satisfied and I left this store with a feeling I had definitely found the right place for my kitchen project.

Employees are friendly and with a big smile helping customers and keeping the store nice and clean.

I have resided in San Ramon now for 4 years and have been totally satisfied with products and service. Much like my previous residence in Sunnyvale of 36 years

Good at helping me get my stuff in and out

Took out all the cashier lanes and made them self serve. Out of all the lanes, only two were open and only one took cash, the rest were credit cards only.

I was surprised to discover the store had replaced cashiers with self check out

The San Ramon store window department was a joy to work with. We had Red to assist us and he bent over backward to get us what we wanted and even was able to rush the order a little which really helped our project. He also was able to correct a shipping error to our satisfaction. Our experience was great and we will be back to order more windows.

I am going there for regularly. It is a good, organized store!

With employees like Julie at the Pro desk, contractors / workers feel welcomed with her big smile. I am amazed at how she knows so many names. This is like the old days at lumber yards where everyone knew everyone else.

I'm so glad you are across the freeway from my house. Being a widow and 70 years old I shop Home Depot quite frequently and associates are very friendly and always asking to help. I recently bought the LG washer and gas dryer with you and the associate was also very knowledgeable as were the delivery and installers. I'm in need of new carpets also but at my age one project at a time!!

Good size store that has more options than most. Huge parking lot and easy to get to. Also a clean and organized store that seems to always have stuff I need in stock. Customer service is really good employees show they have knowledge in there areas of expertise and all with a smile on there face. I would recommend to come to the this store.

Found everything I needed and was asked if I needed assistance multiple times during my shopping. The store is clean and Josh at the front is always greeting me and is quick and efficient so I can get back to my projects.

Today I hit the jackpot at The Home Depot. I came in look for outdoor wall lighting and some electrical parts. Selection was a bit challenged as I was looking for two sensor lighting and four regular lighting but all six have to be the same style/color. GREGG came to the rescue! GREGG was knowledgable, skilled and customer service oriented. I had a list of questions prepared for this project. GREGG was able to explained the pros & cons in detail. I was able to complete my purchase today because of his product knowledge and customer service. THANK YOU, GREGG! I wish more Home Depot associates could be like you - knowledgable, understand what customer service is about "above & beyond".
