Had an amazing experience this afternoon. Everyone is always really nice but Orville went above and beyond even helping load a ton of pavers in the back of the truck. Very personable. Shake your hand kind of people Between him and George made our day today! Thank you Orville!

I placed an order for flooring and was very pleased with the personable, efficient service I received. Great sale price for a great product. This community no longer has to drive to the Home Depot at Power and Pecos which is quite a drive for some.

10 bags of 80 pound concrete that no one wanted to help me with.

I built this dolly to carry (roll) my expensive TTop panels around the shop….$1000 each….they are mounted on rugs for safety and strapped in place and covered with moving covers. It not only protects the Tee Top unit but hides them from prying eyes

Electrical Associate asked if breakers where used because they where in the tripped position as most are straight from the manufacturer. Told I couldn't get either a cash or store credit instead of return to my debit card, they gave me cash. System says an item I bought yesterday was bought more than 3 months ago. Atleast the electrical associate apologized when he realized he was wrong.

I always enjoy my visits to Home Depot This morning Kelly went above and beyond to help out! She also informed me of the benefits I had with my account that I wasn’t even aware that I had. What a great way to start a Friday morning!!

There was a open box of flooring and sign said per piece and box amount, I tried to purchase a piece of flooring in order to confirm color at home. They did not allow me to purchase the one piece. I spent over a hour to just be told, we cannot sell you only one piece.

I was very pleased that upon entering the kitchen appliance section a young woman came over and helped right away. The range I wanted wasn't on display, however Connie pulled it up on the computer and answered all my questions which made my purchase easy and I felt confident I was getting the product I wanted.

Rented a tile steam cleaner. Missing a portion of stem. Inquired with employee about part missing and employee promptly offered 50% off rental price. Have never had a negative experience at home depot and this only elevated our experience with great customer service without this customer even asking for a discount. Glad we have a home depot in San tan valley and conveniently located close to our residence

90% of all employees at the hunt hwy San Tan Valley are so very nice , it’s a pleasure to call this store my store , I wouldn’t shop for my construction needs anywhere else .

I was very excited to get a home Depot closer to my home but was hesitant of what kind it would be. This store turns out to be the best! The team at this new San Tan Valley location seem much more helpful than other Home Depots I've shopped at. Very glad to have them closer to my home. Just wish they'd built a bigger store!

Helpful and friendly staffs. Staffs asked me and other customers if they can help and seek answers from their peers if one can't answer. That works great for me because no one is perfect they show me they are willing to help and they work as a team.

I was looking for help with purchasing a trimmer. I ended up meeting Joe. Joe went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He ask his managers if he could provide a discount on a discount trimmer. The manager approved it. Joe also made sure I understood had to use it and reassured me I could bring it back if needed and ask any questions I may have. I'm in customer service industry and I appreciate exceptional service.
